Spacious bright accomodation and tastefully furnished throughout. Both beddrooms rooms and, lounge, kitchen/dining area have patio doors to terraces. There is a large sitting room with seperate kitchen and dining area with a seperate private and sunny terrace and BBQ. Mountain backdrop lovely view to Femmes. The villa has a No Smoking Policy

The Lanzarote region

Playa Blanca is the southernmost resort on the island and subsequently benefits from the maximum sunshine available. There is a beautiful sea front promenade which extends from the Lighthouse to Papagayo Beach and goes via Playa Blanca village and the Marina Rubicon taking in the shops, restaurants and cafes - it allows you to take in most of Playa Blanca as well as spectacular ocean views across the Bocaina Straits to Fuerteventura. From the harbour you can take the ferry to Fuerteventa.

Playa Blanca area

Visit the market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, or take the yellow sub marine from Puerto Calero to see the coral reefs and underwater wonders of the sea. There are 7 coves in total at Papagayo which are great for snorkelling. Playa Blanca as a resort has a relaxed atmosphere and is for those seeking a quiet and restful break. Lanzarote is a beautiful island offering many attractions eg. Timanfaya National Park. There is a Client Folder with lots of useful information for our visiting guests.

Further details indoors: The living/lunge area is light and spacious. The furnishing consist of 2 leather settees (seating for 5). Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Books, puzzles and videos and CD's providedfor both children and adults.
Further details outdoors: Large (8x4m) heated (solar all year with additional electric heating between 1 Nov and 31 March) salt chlorinated pool which is accessed via roman steps. Electric heating charged at Euros 65 per week.

The pool is heated throughout the year by solar panels however during the period 1 November to 31 March electric heating can be provided keeping the temperature of the pool at 28/29 degrees celcius. There is a charge of Euros 65 per week for this facility.
Changeover day Thursday, however between October and April other arrival days are negotiable. Rental prices are based on 2 people sharing, additional occupancy is Euros 50 per person per week. Maximum 4/5 adults sharing and 1 child of cot age. Euros 150 per week deposit is required (i.e. Euros 300 for 2 weeks stay) on booking and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. In addition a seperate refundable breakages/call out deposit of Euros 300 is required CHEQUE NOT BANKED.

Rental rates are for 2 people sharing with an additional charge of Euros 45 per week for each additional person up to a maximum of 5 people (4 adults plus the use of a put-u-up or cot).Cot and high chair provided FREE OF CHARGE.
The swimming pool has solar heating which is constant throughout the year. During Nov - Mar electric heating ia available to keep the pool temperature at 27/28 degrees celcius/85 degrees fahrenheit. If you require electric heating there will be an additional charge of 60 Euros per week (November - March).
A Euros 150 per week deposit is required (i.e. Euros 300 for 2 weeks stay) on booking and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. In addition a seperate refundable breakages/callout deposit of Euros 300 is required. Payment into spanish bank account in Euros - details given on booking form.
Prices INCLUDE SMALL STARTER PACK which consists of a bottle of water,a carton of orange juice,a carton of milk,some tea bags,coffee sachets and sugar. In addition if required a more substantial welcome pack can be provided for 12 Euros.
Linen which is changed weekly (Except for 10 day stays) includes the provision of BEACH TOWELS. A MIDTERM CLEAN is included in the price for a 2 week stay.
Villa Alicia has a No Smoking policy however there are large external patio/terrace areas available for this purpose.
Discounts are available for stays of longer than 2 weeks outside the peak periods(July - Sept)
