Home description

The communal pool area is enclosed and there is separate children’s paddling pool. There is good security to restrict access into the complex. 45sqm patio/balcony area with dining table and six chairs makes this an ideal space to cook and relax. The pool is not heated but is enclosed all round with a security fence. There are loungers which are available to be used during your stay.. The patio area is large ideal for those summer nights eating al fresco and relaxing in comfort.

The Costa Del Sol/malaga region

This region of Andalucia boast 320 days of sunshine per year. Two Springs and One Hot Summer!! The location of San Pedro is excellent for exploring Estepona, Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus.

A day out to Gibraltar and The Rock is also a great day. It is good shopping, especially for duty free purchases.

If you are a beach lover and prefer the wilder more rustic beaches head down to Tarifa, which is a 45 minute drive away. You will not be disappointed with the scenic drive and the turquoise waters of the Atlantic.


San Pedro De Alcantara Nueva - Alcantara area

San Pedro is a lively Spanish town which can be walked to in no more than 5 minutes. There are plenty of supermarkets, banks, internet cafes and general shopping. Restaurants are plentiful and to suit your budget but there are Chinese, Italian, Indian, Spanish, German, French and Seafood restaurants to choose from. You can stroll into the town, have a leisurely meal and drink and feel very safe. There is no need to go in the car or even a taxi unless you want to go further afield.

The most popular airport is Malaga and is about 65km away. Car hire is readily available although there is a direct coach service from Malaga Airport to Marbella for about 5 euros and takes 45 minutes. A taxi from the airport can cost about 80-90 euros. You can also fly to Gibralter now either hire a car or take the bus up to San Pedro. This is also about 45 minutes away by car. Please contact us if you require further information on transport.

Follow the signs for Cadiz when leaving Malaga airport and San Pedro is just passed Puerto Banus.

Walking to the beach is approximately 5 minutes. The beach at San Pedro is very clean with swimming supervised by the beach patrols. There is clean wide walkway with cafes and bars running along the front. You can walk by the beach to Puerto Banus.

Conditions

To reserve, a 100 Euro non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. The balance of the rental fee will then become due 6 weeks prior to occupation, an invoice will be sent at that time. In addition, a £200 security deposit is required which will be repaid following satisfactory key return and apartment inspection. This will be repaid within 14 days.
