Home description

The Chalet is petite and bijou and is well equipped. Downstairs is open plan and has a dining table and chairs for four , a well equipped kitcen and a small sitting area with tv etc. The chalet opens up on to a private terrace with lots of planted pots and views over the local countryside. Upstairs is a double bedroom with and en-suite shower room. The room overlooks the south.
To the side of the chalet is a private paking area.

The Brittany region

This region has so much to offer in terms of variety. Water sports, golf and fishing are very popular and so are the numerous attractions.
St Malo and Cancale are some of the lovliest seaside ports in France. Canclae is the home of oysters and mussels and they can be eaten in various surroundings. Tyr them simply with a little lemon juice fresh from the sea on the key side. Alternatively take your time over an enormous fresh seafood platter in one of the many seafood restaurants.
Le Mont St Michel is only 15 minutes away or alternively walk to the top of the local lane and see views of Le Mont and its bay or try it at night when its all lit up agains the night sky.

Dinan,Combourg and Dol-de-Bretagne are some of the local medieval towns of the region and Dinard is one of the best example of a once victorian seaside resort with lovely sandy beaches. The seafront is lined with the traditional blue and white tents and a number of eating places for you to wile away a warm summer lunchtime or evening.

Roz Sur Couesnon area

Le Chalet is a couple of kms from the village of Roz sur Couesnon. Roz has a bakery,butcher,bar and grocery store.It takes a minute or two in the car or is a very pleasant walk or cycle

The owners are on site next door, but there is a fence to provide privacy.
Bedlinen is provided and includes duvet cover,sheets,pillowcases and mattress cover. The gas for the cooker and hob is included in the price as is the tourist tax of 0.30 cents per person,per night. Forty units of electric are included in the price and after that a charge of .20 cents per extra unit will be charged. *NOTE* Exchange rate of £1.00 to 1.5 euros will be applied.
