The chalet accommodation sleeps 8-9/10 people with 5 bedrooms consisting of:

Ground Floor
• Ski locker

First Floor
• Fully equiped kitchen as was a catered chalet before
• Comfortable cosy lounge/dining room
• Wood burning stove
• Bedroom 1 : twin room with own bath room and separate wc

Second Floor
• Bedroom 2 : twin ensuite attic room with shower room and wc
• Bedroom 3 : twin ensuite attic room with shower room and wc
• Bedroom 4 : twin attic room with shared shower room and wc
• Bedroom 5 : single attic room with shared shower room and wc (optional 2nd bed)


The chalet is well equipped to entertain our guests with plasma TV, DVD and video players, games, books, hifi and wifi. A selection of DVDs and videos will be available in the chalet but feel free to bring your own. We have wireless broadband, which will allow guests to read their emails in the privacy of their own rooms. There are 2 private parking places a short distance from the chalet.

The village of Montchavin also has a coffee bars, bars open till late, shops and a small cinema showing original version films a couple of times a week.

We supply all the bed linen and towels. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the chalet so it is a good idea to bring slippers or indoor shoes. Please note this is a non-smoking chalet, however you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

We are situated in the mountain village of Les Coches that is linked to the massive ski area of Paradiski (La Plagne/Les Arcs). Les Coches and Montchavin are two mountain villages, 1 km apart, sharing their own ski area that is directly linked to the vast ski area of La Plagne.

Les Coches is a village of traditional style buildings with a combination of old world character and contemporary comfort, catering well for children.

We supply all the bed linen and towels. Tax de sejour is included. Most of the cleaning is included, we just ask you not to leave the chalet in too much of a mess and wipe down the kitchen, fridge and bathrooms/wcs. Wood chips for the wood burning stove are just 10 euros per bag (one bag should be enough for the week).

Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the chalet so it is a good idea to bring slippers or indoor shoes. Please note that this is a non-smoking chalet, however you are welcome to smoke on the balconies.

We would require a deposit of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros, the balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks before your arrival.

I've just returned from 5 days at Monchavin, and wanted to say thanks for a pleasant stay. Organising our accomodation with you was easy and we where pleased with the accomodation and location. While we organised our own ski-passes it was great to have the option of them being there ready for us. Also it was nice to recieve a discount on equipment hire. I've just registered on your website with the intention of leaving this review but couldn't find where/how to login.

Dear Linda and Chris,

Thankyou for a great holiday - again. Also thanks to Theresa for all her help. We got home at around ten last night after a very snowy journey, there was snow from the alps all the way to Calais !! Tonight we have been watching the video and wish we were there, Olivia actually cried when we were driving down the mountain.

Could you pass on our thanks to the ski school, we are so thrilled with the way Olivia has come on with her skiing, all of the instructors are great.
