The apartment is set within a well managed development and fronts onto a pedestranise area which is both quiet and secure. Entry to the apartment is a via a security entry phone system which admits you to a communal lobby area with lift and stairs servicing the attic apartment which is on the 2nd/top floor.

The Costa De La Luz region

Zahara has an interesting and friendly atmosphere. On a quiet day it is like going back in time by contast on a summers day its the trendy place to be. A stunning wilderness of 20 km of unspoilt white sandy beaches stretching as far as the lighthouse at Cape Gracia. There is no through road at Cape Gracia hence the ara has remained unspoiled. Wind surfing at Tarifa, take the ferry from Tarifa to Ceuta. Barbate pine forests, Sierra de Grazaleme Natural Park. During the spring the Costa de la Luz is a birdwatcher's paradise, the Straits of Gibralta are a key point of passage for raptors, storks and other birds migrating between Africa and Europe. Baelo Claudio (Roman Remains) is just a 20 minute drive between Zahara and Tarifa at Bolonia.

Zahara De Los Atunes area

Zahara's summer festival takes place at the beginning of August each year. There is both a outdoor and indoor market in Zahara, the outdoor selling furnishing, clothing and shoes is from 08.00 am to 14.0 pm. The indoor market opens each day and sells fresh fish, meat and vegetables. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafe's to sit and while away your time.

Further details indoors: The apartment is bright aqnd spacious. Both bedrooms and lounge/dining area have sliding door which take you onto the sunny roof terrace which is ideal for sunbathing. At one end of the terrace there is a roofed area which provides shade and is idea for alfresco eating. The apartment is modern, well furnished and well equipped throughout.

Changeover days over the summer period 1 July - 1 September are either Saturday or Sunday. Outside this time we try and be as flexible as possible. Rental period of less than 1 week is available outside the peak period. For 2 weeks stay extra towels and linen will be provided at the beginning of your holiday but no mid term clean provided unless specially requested and paid for seperately. Please contact us if you require this facility. A late arrival fee of Euros20 is payable if your arrival time is after 10.00 pm.

Conditions

To reserve the apartment a Euros 150 per week deposit is payable (i.e. Euros 300 for 2 weeks), the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. Deposit not refundable is cancellation 6 weeks before departure date.

Prices quoted are for 4 people sharing per week, there is an additional charge of Euros 40 for the 5th additional adult/child - please note that the PRICES quoted INCLUDE AIR CONDITIONING and CENTRAL HEATING.
The apartment is cleaned for your arrival and towels and linen are provided for the duration of your stay. A mid term clean can be arranged for 2 week breaks - there is an additional charge of 45 Euros for this service - please contact us if you require this facility.
If your arrival time in Zahara is earlier than 8 a.m. or later than 10 p.m. an extra charge of 20 Euros is made which is payable direct to our contact in the village who meets and takes clients to the apartment on arrival.
Changeover days are normally Saturday's (July - Sept)outside of this time we try to be as flexible as possible.Rentals of less than 1 wk are available outside summer period, preferential rates for stays of 3 weeks and over.
We can advise on competitively priced car hire.
