A luxury penthouse in Xaghra with breathtaking views in a very peacefull area of this well known village that boasts the oldest free standing building in the world - Ggantija Temples a world heritage site. (http://www.heritagemalta.org/ggantija.html). This brand new penthouse is fully airconditioned and enjoys underfloor heating. All doors and windows are made from thermal alluminiun and double glazed. Fly screens are fitted to all outside apertures. The property is just a few minutes from two of Gozo's most popular beaches Marsalforn (http://www.gozo.gov.mt/pages.aspx?page=30) andthe beautiful red sandy beach of Ramla (http://www.maltagozo.com/bramla.html) and close to the centre of Victoria. The property consists of a very spacious open plan living room/ dinning and kitchen that gives onto a large terrace (10 x 4.5m) with spectacular views. It is furnished with a very comfortable sofa and armchairs as well as cable TV.
The master bedroom has an antique brass bed and a balcony that gives onto a garden. The shared bathroom is very well appointed with a Jacuzzi, separate round glassed in shower, bidet and hairdryer. The second bedroom is 6x5m. It has 2 beds but can accomodate more if needed. It has a terrace on the street side with access to the roof and a semi-circular balcony that faces the village church which lies accross the valley.

Gozo is relatively small. However we do recomend a self drive car while on the island. We can provide this and we organise all transfers from and too the airport.

Conditions

Linen and towels are changed once a week and a maid service is provided. A wellcome pack is provided consisting of milk, bread,etc.
