Above the famous bay of Villefranche, the studio is within walking distance to the beach and Villefranche itself with its many shops & restaurants. The property boasts a large planted, south facing terrace, sloping towards the unique view over the bay towards Cap Ferrat & the sea. One can admire the comings and goings of the many yachts and at night the twinkling lights of the ships and the distant Cap Ferrat create that special world renowned 'French Riviera' ambiance. The flat is southfacing and very sunny and warm in the winter.
