The apartment is privately owned within the Pierre & Vacance residence of L'Ange Gardien. It has stunning south facing views over the bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. There is a shared laundrette in the residence with 4 washers and two driers. Soap powder is available on site. There is also a large shared swimming pool and table tennis available on site. Municipal tennis courts are next to the residence.

Historic Villefranche welcomes you with restaurants along the quay side and the old town is a maze of cobbled streets and alleyways.
Beaulieu has many shops, mostly local not tourist, along with banks, restaurants and cafes. There is a large supermarket which does stock some English brands. An outdoor market is available every day except Sunday. There is an English speaking Anglican church in Beaulieu which welcomes visitors and residents alike. Villefranche has many restaurants and shops catering more for the tourist.

The property is managed through an agent who meets clients on arrival and ensures apartment is clean prior to occupancy.
Linen/towels are not included but can be arranged at an additional cost (linen and towel fees are paid to Pierre & Vacance and not the owner)

20% at time of booking to secure weeks. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Please note there is a refundable deposit of 300 euros required, payable to the agent on arrival in respect of damages etc. Agent will then give key to client
