The villa is of typical Spanish style with 3 double bedrooms - air con (cool & heat) in 2 bedrooms, and ceiling fan in 3rd. 3 bathrooms - one with walk in shower, 2nd bathroom with shower/bath. There is also central heating for the winter and an open fire. Free pool is opposite. The villa is next to Villamartin Golf course - 5 mins drive to the beach - 20 mins drive from Murcia airport - 50 mins drive from Alicante. The kitchen is newly fitted and equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, 4 gas ring hob, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and toaster. There is English cable digital television in the lounge with DVD/video player and CD player, cassette/radio – there are sun terraces in the front and at the back - and a roof solarium for sunbathing with stunning views. There is an alarm and a safe. A (free) pool is located across the road in the Spanish bar/restaurant and there are many bars/restaurants 5 mins walk in La Rioja and Los Dolces. There are several beautiful beaches surrounding the area and local outdoor pools and for golf enthusiasts 3 Golf courses nearby. The Villamartin Plaza (15 min walk) has an abundance of restaurants/bars/shops. The town of San Miguel is 15 mins drive away and Torrevieja is about 20 mins drive away with a weekly market and fairground in the summer months. Live music every night 15 mins away in the bars at La Fuente.

Close to the towns of San Miguel and Torrevieja and it's salt lakes. Several sandy beaches plus 3 golf courses close by, Villamartin is a holiday area with an abundance of bars and restaurants. A funfair operates in the evenings in Torrevieja in the summer months and there are several markets close by. There are 2 waterparks and a theme park for the children.
