The beautifully furnished living room and large eat-in kitchen lead out to a spacious private terrace overlooking the swimming pool, where you can relax on the outdoor furnishings and enjoy the endless sea views. Located in Varandas do Mar, the apartment is situated on level 2, with lift access down to level -6 , within 50m of Olhos d'Agua beach.

The Algarve region

The Algarve has a temperate climate almost all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. The tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quiets down in the dead of winter. Even then, there are many days when it is warm and sunny enough to sunbathe or sit outside at the pavement cafes and enjoy the balmy weather.

Albufeira area

Olhos d'Agua is a vibrant and colourful resort town, with many shops, bars and restaurants spilling out onto the streets. It is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira, both 5 minutes drive away. The area is a beach lover’s paradise with so many sandy beaches to choose from. Leave the first footprints in the sand on Praia dos Olhos d'Agua or enjoy an evening stroll along the promenade. Other nearby beaches where you can indulge in water sports, bask in the sun or dine on the sands, include Praia da Falesia and Praia do Barranco das Belharucas, which can be seen from the apartment; Maria Luisa and Santa Eulalia. It is ideally positioned for golfers with many world class golf courses in the area. Bus stop and taxi rank nearby.
