Home description

Villa São Gabriel is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom villa located midway between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, just a short drive beautiful blue flag beaches. It is peacefully and privately located with its own secluded garden and private swimming pool. It is surrounded by lush gardens, sub-tropical shrubs and trees. The villa is situated in the grounds of of the highly acclaimed Sao Gabriel Restaurant which holds a Michelin 1 Star - the ideal place for a special meal. A second villa with 1 bedroom, sleeping 2, is also available. This also has its own private pool and is located separately within the grounds. See advertisement 1139 on this website.

The Algarve region

Vale do Lobo is a world famous resort set in acres of woodlands and golf courses sloping to the cliffs and sandy beaches. The famous Barrington Sport and Health Club offers excellent facilities, a 30 bay driving range and a tennis academy (visitor memberhip would need to be purchased).

Quinta do Lago is one of the most luxurious and exclusive resorts in Europe, set in 2000 acres of unspoilt pinewoods, lush green championship golf fairways and lakes. The resort overlooks the Ria Formosa nature reserve that leads down to the Atlantic Ocean with its excellent sandy beaches.

Beautiful blue flag beaches at Ancao, Garrao, Dunas Douradas, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are just 5-10 mins by car. The beaches offer sun beds and umbrellas, beach bars and restaurants.

Vale Do Lobo area

1km to the supermarket at Vale do Lobo and 2km to Buganvilea Plaza/Quinta Shopping at Quinta do Lago. The area offers a large selection of snack bars and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. A car is considered essential in order to visit the beaches and enjoy the surrounding area. The town of Almancil is approx. 5km.

Further details indoors: Double bedroom, air conditioned, with spacious fitted wardrobes. Twin bedroom, air conditioned, with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. Bathroom adjacent to double bedroom with bath and shower. En-suite shower room to twin bedroom. Further wc. Kitchen, fully fitted with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with large freezer compartment and dishwasher. Separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board. Very spacious living/dining room overlooking the lovely garden and with access to the pool terrace. Central heating all through the villa and air conditioning units in each bedroom. Maid service 6 days a week. Linen, bath and pool towels are provided but please could we ask you to bring your own beach towels. The villa is very spacious and well furnished and would be also be suitable for 2 couples sharing as the bedrooms and private bathrooms are at either end of the villa with the large lounge and kitchen in between.
Further details outdoors: Private garden with lawn, mature shrubs and palm trees, private swimming pool 8m x 4m, large terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers. The villa is in a secluded and private position, hidden away to the rear of the restaurant. Neither the garden nor the villa can be seen by restaurant guests who would not be aware of the villa's existence.

Conditions

Please contact Marie who looks after the initial booking procedure on behalf of the owners. A deposit of 25% of the total rental is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Both payments to be made directly to Sao Gabriel by credit/debit card or by bank transfer in euros.
