Third floor is large solarium with dining table and chairs, BBQ and sun loungers . Pool is to rear of property and key provided so private use only.Golf courses on hand if you feel energetic , water park and beachs all within walking distance. Many activities if you choose or just relax. Torrevieja's sea front offers restaurants,bars,fun fairand street markets and on a friday the famous Torrevieja market is held by the bus station. Or just take a walk along the promenade and admire the beautiful view and sand sculptures.A different festival takes pleace each month in Torrevieja. There are various activities swimming, golf 3 courses all within 10 minutes of the house Villa martin, Las Ramblas and campoamar.There is an excellent fishing safari and quad biking day out brochures are in the house. There is horse riding and should you feel the nedd for speed there is go karting. There is a big shopping centre the Hanaberas centre and here there is a cinema and bowling alley and also a large Carrefour supermarket. There are markets on daily in different areas provided in the property is a booklet with maps etc telling you what markets are on and Playa Flamenca is highly recommended. We have also listed places to eat or visit on your stay and the most delicous fish and chips can be found locally at tweetys. Thre are other bars and restaurants located here.The Aquapolis is one of the biggest water parks and is located within a walking distance to the house with many water activites to be enjoyed. The booklet in the house has been designed to help our guests enjoy their stay.

Discounts are available. Long term lets are also available. These charges for rent include water, electric etc. Upon booking i require a £100.00 deposit. thre is a 60 euros charge for the key services and house clean at the end of the stay payable to key holder.There are no set days for arrival/departure and no restriction time on departure. available for nightly use or long weekends.
