Home description

The pictures can hardly describe how wonderful this holiday villa is. These bungalow style holiday villas are big and beautiful and photos don’t do it or the views justice. The houses are a bit secluded so it is quiet and relaxing. The villas offer plenty of space for up to 8 people. The area is friendly and beautiful, you can see Bourgas and the Black sea from the pool.

The Black Sea Coast region

The villa is located in the village of Bryastovets. The village is small, peacefull and tranquill - a perfect location for a family holiday. Within local distance you will find a local store and 3 bars servig food.
In the shop you will find most essential groceries like bread, cheese, sweets, cheese, ham & eggs, crisps, juice, coke, beer, local alcoholic drinks etc.
The bars serve local food of good quality at very reasonable prices (up to several times cheaper than Sunny Beach). You will get there soups, salads, steaks/chicken/chips and they also sell things like water, coke, beer, crisps, ice cream, etc.
The bars are family friendly and the staff (some of them) speaks English.

There are lots of fantastic beaches, small towns and villages to explore and the people are very friendly. If you are looking for a holiday rental then there can be nothing better than enjoying time away in “ROYAL VILLAS”, a brand new small privately owned and EXCLUSIVE accommodation of two villas only with their own swimming pool.

Further details

The price is per villa (3 bed) per week - for rentals of two weeks or more. If a villa is rented for one week only a surcharge of EUR 50 will apply.

20% booking deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance can be paid in advance or in cash on arrival. We accept Paypal, Moneybookers, Bank Transfer or Cash.
We would accept payments in GBP and / or Euros.

Refundable breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be refunded before you leave the villa. Late bookings can be paid cash on arrival. We provide a full airport transfer service for four people. Our driver will meet your flight at any time of the day or night. The driver has the villa keys and will drive you straight there. At the end of your stay we will drive you back to the airport.

If your group size is more than 4 people then a taxi (EUR 15 each way) will be provided to follow or the driver will escort a hire-car as well, directly to the villa.
Changeover day is flexible.
Minimal Payment is for one week. Then payment per day (e.g. if you stay for 9 nights - you pay only for 9 nights)

There are no extra charges for water, electricity and pool servicing. These charges are included in the rental price.
We provide a welcome pack as an option for EUR 35. It contains:
chicken steaks (grilled and sealed, from the supermarket, ready to eat), ham, fruits and vegetables of the season, eggs, margarine, vegetable oil, bread, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, jam, tea biscuits, yellow cheese, bottle of water, spaghetti, tomato ketchup, potatoes, onions.
