The brand new apartment situated on the 3rd floor, overlooks the enormous size swimmimg pool where you can relax on the large terrace, with a refreshing cool drink or two.Access is by a lift which services all 5 floors. A pool/bar restaurant is located on site for meals and light snacks.

Sunny Beach offers a great holiday for holiday makers all age groups.By night Sunny Beach comes alive with a fantastic selection of bars/restaurants/clubs. By day the 7 kilometre stretch of sandy beach,offers a haven for sun worshippers. Away from the centre of Sunny Beach, there are many places to visit, not least the town of nearby Nessebar with all it's ancient wooden buildings and historical architecture.Even a trip to Istanbul in Turkey, is just a booking away.

Sunny Beach is within easy range of many places to visit. St Vlas with it's marina and yachting fraternity, is just a bus ride away.Further a field is Golden Sands (approx 90 minutes) and Albena (approx 2 hours) offering wonderful beaches and entertainment.

Arriving at Bourgas airport, it is only a 30 minute drive to the complex. We will arrange for you to be collected from the airport and taken directly to our apartment. The cost for this is approx £15GBP.

Further details indoors: The large double bedroom with ample cupboard storage has single door leading to terrace overlooking communal pool. Lounge/Kitchen contains seating for up to 4 people. Also in the lounge is a fold-down sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen contains all necessary equipment for a great self-catering holiday. Single door leads from lounge directly onto the large terrace. Bathroom has all modern fittings with overhead shower,wash hand basin as required. The apartment is tiled throughout,for those hot summer days and nights.
Further details outdoors: Outside the apartment is a very large communal swimmimg pool/children's/pool with a modern restaurant/bar catering for all your needs.The complex is surrounded by shrubs and flowers to create a relaxing atmosphere.The largest aqua park in Bulgaria is situated just a 5 minute walk away.

Conditions

A 25% deposit is required upon initial booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your departure. Further to this we would require a fully refundable security deposit of £100. This will be returned within 1 week of your return home.

we had a great time at this apartment in August 2008. The complex was just a 10 minute walk from sunny beach centre, and even less to the nearby aqua park.The complex was great for a laid back holiday, and the pool was great for adults and children had there own seperate pool. We will certainly book this apartment next time we holiday in sunny beach.
