The panoramic terrace from which you can be enjoyed some spectacular sunsets is furnished with table, chairs and with a barbecue for good roast to grate.
The solarium with fantastic sight on the sea offers the possibility to relax themselves in the most complete privacy and calm to the guests.
It’s recommended that guests have a car, which can be kept at no additional cost inside the private residential park. To enter the Villa there are 15 stairs.

My daughter and I loved Villa Serenata! It was our oasis after a long day of sightseeing and crowds of people.The manager were wonderful he has always been present for every ours application!

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Serenata. The view is absolutely magnificent and the manager, was so helpful. He went out of his way to help make our stay enjoyable. The Villa is very comfortable and extremely clean. It was well supplied with amenities. It was a delight staying there. It helps if you are in good physical condition and like to hike as it is a walk to get anywhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Serenata. The manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. The views were amazing. The furniture and decor were many tasteful but more importantly everything was spotlessly clean, more than sufficient for our needs and we were very comfortable.
There was beautiful a solarim and also a terrace for dining with stupendous views.
