Located in a national park in the mountainous region of Puy De Dome with fantastic views of mountains, forests and farmlands, this is a fabulous gite in an original Auvergnate farmhouse, large garden and swimming pool, secluded location, quiet - yet only 20 mins from the motorway and nearest large town.
Pool and large garden is shared only with one gite.
Ideal for quiet holidays, walking, cycling, motorcycling, or just soaking in the scenery.

The Limousin / Auvergne region

Livradois Forez is a mountainous natinonal park of managed forestry with farmland - mostly cattle and arable. From the west-facing slopes you have fantastic views of the entire Chaine de Puys. Summer is hot, air is clear, walking or cycling a joy.

Sauxillanges Egliseneuve-des-Liards area

Lots of countryside, mainly volcanic! Lots of old towns, lots of good restaurants, cheese is the local "AOC".
