The villa sleeps up to 10 adults. The additional beds can only be provided for children or babies.

We have tried to think of everything that you would need or want for a luxurious holiday. There are many extras that have been included in the villa - 50' plasma TV and additional 42' tv's with MEO satelite, stereo & CDs, DVD player, movies, Playstation PS2 & games, lots of board games even books and magazines. There is a safe installed in the villa so you can keep you valuables securely contained.

Bedrooms have their own full bathroom and upstairs bathroom has direct acess via sliding doors to a large balcony with tables and chairs. The down stairs bedroom 5 suitable for mobility impaired guests. Two hairdryers are supplied in the villa.

Breakfast in the morning can be taken on your balcony. Enjoy a freshly made cappaccino from the expresso coffee machine in the kitchen. Forget about having to make a bed or tidy up - the maid will be in soon and take care of it all.

The kitchen is equipped with all the gadgets and gizmo's, including and Nespresso machine and the utensils you need to whip up a fantastic meal. There is a a formal dining table in the open plan lounge, a separate breakfast table in the kitchen and outside dining area.

The lounge room is very light and spacious with several sets of sliding doors accessing the garden, terrace and pool. There is a plasma TV and large, comfy sofas, squishy cushions and cuddly throws to snuggle under at night while relaxing with a hot chocolate.

The villa is also regularly restocked the little things like tea, coffee, toilet paper and general food items. You will find shampoo and hair care products, bath and toilet soap, first aid kit and even washing powder. As an added extra all the bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided for you while on holiday.

For the children there is a selection of toys and pool/garden toys to keep them entertained.

Travel: Car hire recommended to give you the flexibility to explore the local area. We can book car hire for you for either collection at the airport or delivery to the villa. Alternatively we can arrange a personal meet and greet service from/to the airport in a private car with child car seats provided for free. Choose from standard saloon, people carrier and mini bus transfers. Please email us for details. It costs approximately €30 from the airport to Casa Segredo in a public taxi, child car seats are not provided in public taxis.

Golf: Golfing weekends can be arranged. Golf guests can take advantage of the specially negotiated golf rates. The courses with discounted rates are: Vale do Lobo Royal, Vale do Lobo Ocean, Quinta da Lago Norte, Quinta do Lago Sul, Vila Sol, Vilamoura Old Course, Vilamoura Millennium, Vilamoura Pinhal, Vilamoura Laguna, Salgados, Benamor, Qinta Da Ria, Quinta de Cima.

For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%. All deposits are non refundable. All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €500 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.

The quoted rates includes maid service with change of bed sheets & towels after 7 nights & complimentary welcome basket including wine & food on arrival. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

Rental price includes mid stay maid service and all your linen and bath towels, during the summer we suplly beach towels.
Pool heating is available and costs an additional €250 per week.

Changeover days are flexible but during the summer months it is more likely to be on a weekday. It is necessary to vacant the villa by 10am on the day of departure in the high season. Access to the villa is after 3pm on day of arrival unless previous arrangements have been made.
