The Mallorca / Majorca region

Santa Ponsa town and beach are 5 mins by car. Port Adriano marina and beach are 10/15 mins walking distance. There is a wonderful new 5 star hotel just 10 mins away (walking) where you can enjoy a cocktail on their fabulous terrace overlooking Port Adriano. Palma is 15 mins by car, Paguera 10 mins by car, Andratx 20 mins by car.


Santa Ponsa area

The small beach of Port Adriano and its trendy marina (with restaurants and bars) is approx. 15 mins walk. The main beach in Santa Ponsa is 5 mins by car. Local shops, banks etc. are 10/15 mins walk or 5 mins by car, but there are also a couple of bars/restaurants and a bank in the oppposite apartment complex.

Santa Ponsa has 3 golf courses - all of which are very close to the apartment. The Santa Ponsa Country Club is approx 1 mile from the apartment and has wonderful facilities including a gourmet restaurant and luxury spa.

The lounge enjoys beautiful sea views and is furnished to a very high standard with leather corner suite, large flat screen LCD TV, satellite TV (Sky), DVD, music system. Dining table/chairs for 6 people. Large patio doors open onto the terrace with sea views.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with bath/shower over, wash hand basin, WC and bidet), king size bed, fitted wardrobes, 26" LCDTV, safe, sea views & doors to terrace.
There is a second double bedded room with fitted wardrobes. View to garden.
The twin bedded room has fitted wardrobes and views to the garden.
Note: All windows overlooking gardens are fitted with pull down mosquito nets for night use.
The main bathroom with bath/shower over, wash hand basin, WC and bidet.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with ceramic hob, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the utility room.
The sea view terrace has a dining table and chairs for 6 people.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The property is thoroughly cleaned on changeover days. This includes change of linen and towels. Please note we do not supply beach towels. All bed linen/towels are colour co-ordinated. There is a pull out clothes drying rack on the terrace.
Further details outdoors:
One of the delightful features of the apartment complex are the stunning and lush gardens with an array of beautiful Mediteranean trees, shrubs and ornaments which create a wonderful shady, tropical oasis. There are 2 large swimming pools and one childrens paddling pool. There is also direct sea access from the apartment complex where you can dive into the amazing crystal clear sea. Note: the apartment is a gated secure site needing remote controls supplied with your keys.
The apartment is on the first floor (with lift) and is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. This is a perfect holiday location for all the family. There is parking within the complex for 1 car and street parking is just outside the apartment complex.

Conditions

Please call or e-mail to check availability. We will then forward you a booking form. A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the final balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Key/Damage Refundable deposit: we charge £200 fully refundable deposit to cover the possible loss of one of the 2 keys & remote controls we shall provide for your access. When they are returned and our cleaning staff confirm no damage of concern the deposit is immediately refunded.
