This ground floor luxurious apartment (sleeps 4-6), is situated in a quiet exclusive residential area 300 metres from the sea. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite. Large bright lounge with dining area, leading onto spacious comfortable terrace, overlooking beautiful large lagoon pool with grassed sun area surroundings. Separate kitchen, marble worktops, fully equipped, with separate utility area. There is a restaurant/cafe bar on site which serves a comprehensive lunch and dinner menu. 10 mins walk from enchanting Port Adriano with more varied restaurants, bars and shops including small supermarket. 20 mins to Santa Ponsa. Large selection of varied golf courses nearby.

The Mallorca / Majorca region

1 mile to El Toro, local village with shops and large five star hotel.There is a bus service one minutes walk away, which takes you to Palma and Magalluf in one direction and Santa Ponsa, in the other direction. 10 mins from apartment to local, sandy beach. 10 mins from long sandy beaches, in Santa Ponsa, Palma Nova and Magalluf. The area where the apartment is, is relatively flat, near the sea, and easy access to all areas. The climate is temperate in the winter, and hot and usually sunny, spring to autumn.

Santa Ponsa port Adriano area

Within 5 minutes of 3 large golf courses in Santa Ponsa, 15 mins from Bendinat, Poniente, and Son Vida courses. There are many activities with a 15 minute drive. Santa Ponsa is approximately a 5 minute drive away. There are many restaurants locally, including two excellent restaurants on site within the complex.

There are many low-cost airlines that fly to Palma i.e. Easyjet, Ryanair, Thomson-fly and Monarch.
The apartment is approximately 30 minutes transfer by car from the airport. There are many car hire companies available. Alternatively, there are many taxis available at the airport, the cost is approximately €45 at most. There is also a bus service from the airport that will take you into Palma, and then another direct to Santa Ponsa. You will, however, then need a short transfer to reach the apartment. There is also a local bus service that goes past our apartment to Santa Ponsa, in one direction, and Magaluf and Palma in the other direction.

We have Freeview, which gives a range of English channels. If you wish to receive full range of Sky, please bring your own SkyCard.
Further details outdoors: Very suitable for families, (water parks etc. close by), older couples, and people who wish to have a very relaxing peaceful holiday. Palma is only 20 mins away by car and the airport is half and hour away. Private parking space available. There is a bus service one minutes walk away, which takes you to Palma in one direction and Santa Ponsa, in the other direction.

£300 booking deposit required to secure dates, Full payment 6 weeks before date of travel. £200 breakage deposit needed 6 weeks before travel which is fully refundable upon receipt of keys and inspection after completion of holiday. Would rather have changeover day on Saturdays, but can be flexible.
