The apartment also enjoys the benefit of hot and cold air-conditioning, video door-entry system, dvd player,stereo and SKY TV.

The centre of San Pedro is just a short stroll away with its large collection of bars and restaurants, shops, supermarkets and banks making it an ideal location for whatever your requirements. The beach and promenade front of San Pedro is just a 10 minute stroll from the apartment.

San Pedro De Alcantara Nueva Alcantara area

San Pedro de Alcántara is in an ideal situation, just 5-10 kilometres west from the cosmopolitan towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, yet just a few minutes drive away from the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and 10 km from the town of Estepona. An ancient farming community, once famous for sugar cane, today San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all of its own. Be sure to head for the central plaza here with its gracious parish church and surrounding narrow streets, which are packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars. Thursday is street market day with all the associated hustle and bustle; a veritable bargain shopper's paradise.
