Le Avellane is one of 4 apartments located on a fine estate in Marche (550 metres high), close to medieval town of Cagli and the protected nature sanctuary of la Gola del Furlo. Apartment Le Avellane is an attractively-appointed holiday apartment on the ground floor of the farm. There are a further three apartments, housed in the old granary.

Guests have a commodious and tastefully-appointed living room, located on the ground floor of the farm, featuring a library, piano, open fireplace and comfortable seating. The living room gives onto a large verandah, offering fine views over the mountains and garden, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and maybe a spectacular sunset in the evening. Its a haven of peace and quiet amid the beauty of unspoilt nature, surrounded by cornfields, sunflowers, orchards, an olive grove, woodlands and delightful footpaths.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.
