The Home is located in an open countryside, with other homes around, only 4 km from the medieval village called Campagnano di Roma which is 29km (18 miles) from the centre of Rome. Our place is a private villa with 2 acres of beautiful garden including a private swimming pool, tennis-court and riding ring. The house contains 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), 1very large lounge with dining area plus separate kitchen, large patio and open dining area. The Neighborhood: Campagnano is a quiet residential suburb situated on a hill about 29km (18 miles) from the centre of Rome; 5 minutes drive from lake Martignano; 15 minutes drive from lake Bracciano and surrounding medieval villages; 15 minute from lake Bracciano and surrounding medieval villages; 15 minutes from 2 of the best golf courses in Rome in the middle of Veio National Park.

The Lazio region

Lazio - RomeRome is 30 minutes by car or by train (there is a metro station in Cesano 10 minutes by car). You can see Rome by day and, when too hot, go back to the fresh countryside and the swimming pool. Fifteen kilometres from the house there is the Lake of Bracciano where are available sailing boats, wind surf and canoes. Thirthy to sixthy minutes by car there are the Etruscan, paleochristian and medieval Villages of Viterbo, Sutri, Cerveteri, Tarquinia and Tuscania and the famous mannerist Palace Farnese of Caprarola (Viterbo). The Tyrrhenian sea is about 40 minutes from the Property. If you want to visit other places than Rome, rent a car is suggested.

The Home is located in an open countryside, with other homes around, only 4 km from the medieval village called Campagnano di Roma which is 29km (18 miles) from the centre of Rome, ideal for relaxing holidays. 11 km west of it is the Lago di Bracciano and between them is the small Lago di Martignano. Campagnano is a convenient starting point for excursions.
Lazio lies south of Tuscany, with Rome as its regional and national capital, and the modern port of Civitavecchia on the coast. The mountain chain of ”Latium” is separated by the Apennines. In the hinterland, wooded hills descend down to the fertile valleys, where wheat fields give way to olive groves.
