Lovely single level villa perfect for familiies with children - all brand new but designed with a funky retro feel ! enjoy lazing in the hammock in the garden or on a lilo in the pool :-)

The Algarve is blessed with over 100 beaches or praia in Portuguese, from long, open, flat beaches of the East to the trademark red cliff beach beaches of Central Algarve to the windswept, deserted beaches of the west. There is literally a beach for everyone and to suit every one and every family. Often the best beaches are hidden away from the more popular ones!

The Algarve region

Faro town is a 15 minute drive there is a large shopping centre that offers good facilities. Most tours offer a pickup/drop off bus service from VdL to the attractions. Options include horse riding, fishing, yachting/sailing, shark, dolphin watching, 4x4 safari tours & Cultural visits. In Almancil there is a karting track if you need to burn off that adrenalin..... There is also an Aqua Park 10 mins drive on the other side of Quateria) and a Swim With Dolphin experience and Theme Park (30 mins drive on the Motorway).

In the apartment is a well stocked folder with all the details of the attractions so you can read at leisure and book you choices. In Almancil (5 min drive) is a beautiful church with wonderful mosiacs that is open to the public. Quarteria (5 min drive) has a very impressive farmers market that is well worth visiting (oh and testing out the produce !!). Both of these attractions you can walk to usually in about an hour if you are feeling energetic......otherwise I have a folder with telephone numbers of local taxi services if you do not wish to drive.

In Almancil there is a karting track if you need to burn off that adrenalin. There is also AquaShow Water Park (2 mins drive from the villa) and a swim with dolphins experience and theme park (30 mins drive on the motorway - zoomarine).

Many airlines including Ryanair, BA, Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair, and many quality european airlines all run a good schedule of flights to Faro. I recommend a website www.skyscanner.net to see the best price for your flights, it is a very easy and compact site that loads up all airlines departing from your airport of choice with the times and most importantly the cost of the flights. We are flexible with arrivals so we can work in with you.

We can also arrange a meet and greet service or private car airport drop off from Faro airport for a small locally paid cost. Also we can organise car hire through Budget with preferential rates.

Further details indoors: The villas are prepared for your arrival and included is one mid-stay maid service for 2 hours. All your linen and towels are included. Additional maid service is available, please enquire. The villa sleeps up to 6 adults + 2 children. The additional beds can only be provided for children or babies. Breakfast in the morning can be taken on the terrace by the pool. Enjoy a freshly made coffee and take in the views. The villa is also regularly restocked the little things like tea, coffee, toilet paper and general food items. You will find shampoo and hair care products, bath and toilet soap, first aid kit and even washing powder. For the children there is a selection of toys and pool/garden toys to keep them entertained. We can provide a baby cot, foldaway bed, high chair, baby stroller free of charge - please email us with your requirements.

Further details

For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost.
For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%. All deposits are non refundable. All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €500 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.

If you rent only 1,2 or 3 bedrooms the remaining bedrooms will be locked. You are still renting the entire villa but not all the bedrooms/bathrooms. You will have access to all the other rooms in the villa. The nightly rate is low season is based on 2 adults sharing 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
