Home description

Spacious 460 m2 built, luxurious ,detached villa in "a cul the sac" with five bedrooms,four bathrooms ,3 en suites ,5 toilets and bidets), entry hall with separate guest toilet, large dining/sitting room, kitchen,big entertainment (disco) room in the basement, 2 large terraces facing the garden. Large garden with its own pool with specially designed barbecue area. Private pool (10 by 5 meters) Total surface of the plot: 1,200 square meters.

The villa is furnished to high standart. The fully-equipped kitchen contains a hob and oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, dish washer. There is a washing machine in the laundry room.Lots of storage.

The Costa Del Sol/malaga region

The Costa del Sol weather gives average 300 days of sunshine per year so it isn't difficult to understand why it is one of Europe's top holiday destinations. It is also known as the "Costa del Golf" as there are around 70 courses which can be played all year round. For non-golfers there is sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, scuba diving, horseriding as well as great shopping and many excellent restaurants, bars and clubs. Going inland from the Coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco

Puerto Banus area

Puerto Banus is one of the most fashionable resorts in Southern Spain. There is a busy marina with impressive yachts, restaurants and bars. In the town itself some of the finest clothes stores with designer labels can be found. Boat trips are available from the Marina.

The large department store El Corte Inglesis situated in the middle of the town. There are also a number of gymnasiums here.Golf clubs suuround the town e.g.La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha which is 5
minutes walk from the apartment.

In the summer camps are run for children e.g.in the International School at Aloha College.There are water sports, horse riding and tennis clubs. Beaches nearby provide water sking banna boats pedaloes and sunbeds with restaurants and bars at close hand.

There is something for everyone in Puerto Banus.

All major airlines (Thompson, Monarch, Easy jet, Ryanair, British airways, Bmi...) fly to Malaga airport.

Upon arriving at Malaga airport you can take a bus which will cost 4,50 Euros to Marbella bus station it goes every 45 minutes and than you can take a taxi direct to the property which will take about 10 minutes and will cost 14 Euros. You can also take a taxi direct from the airport which will take you 45 minutes and will cost you between 70 or 80 Euros ..

A 50% non returnable deposit is required to secure the booking of the apartment and the remainder is due two weeks prior to your arrival by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

A damage deposit of 1000 Euros in cash ,credit or debit card will be collected at the beginning of your stay and refunded in full at the end of your stay, providing no damage or loss has occurred.

Please note that the surcharge 2,5% would be charged for credit or debit payments.This would be bank charges.

Hire of high chair and cot per week: 20 Euros

Please note that electric meter reading would be taken upon arrival and departure and approriate charge for electric usage would be added.(from past experience we know that from 2 sets of airconditioning instaled in the villa used 24 hours for a month amounts to 500 Euros)
