In our opinion villa Konnos is in an idyllic location near to the stunning Konnos Bay beach. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with fully enclosed garden area with mature plants. It has a stunning overflow pool and shaded Pergola with outdoor lounge area .
The decor is modern and contemporary, open plan living, ideal for total relaxation. Situated close to the Grecian Park Hotel making it an ideal villa for those attending weddings.

The Famagusta District region

Famagusta crystal clear golden sandy beaches gently embrace the costal line of the island. The popular resort of Protaras is a paradise haven for those who love the sea, sun and water sports or simply relaxing on the beach. Also to be seen are the windmills and small churches of the surrounding villages including the beautiful church of Profitis Elias at the top of a hill with outstanding views of Protaras town.

Not to be missed is the picturesque cape Greko national park which is an area of outstanding beauty and is well worth a visit for cycling, hiking and cliff diving. The town of Paralimni is a short drive and offers a varied combination of local tavernas, traditional and modern shopping facilities, and a wide variety of cafe-bars.

The town square in Paralimni has two beautiful churches which attract visitors from all over the world. Protaras is a major tourist resort and together with its beautiful beaches, luxury hotels, restaurants and sophisticated night life, has become one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Med.

The contrast is dramatic, from the ever changing rugged coastline of Cape Greko, to some of the best water skiing waters in the Med, some days like a mirror. The beaches are what Protaras is most famous for and they stretch for over 10 miles. Fig Tree Bay is one of the finest and well known beaches in the world and well worth a visit. Being on the East coast is also the best part of the island to watch the spectacular Cyprus sunrise (approx 06:00 am)
Protaras is known as the land of windmills, going back to the days when this was a farming area. Now it has become an amazing resort with over 300 established restaurants, Bar Cafe and Tavernas.
