Greenbay is a stunning villa in an idillic location, just a 2 minute drive into central Protaras and a 5 minute walk to Green Bay Beach. Greenbay is one of our first villas with a roof top terrace, from which you can spend your evenings relaxing, watching the sunset and admiring the stunning views of the sea and the forest landscape which sit directly behind the villa.
The added benefit of this villa is that all the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The spacious pool area is a perfect setting as the sun will stay on the pool from early morning until late evening. Suitable for families looking for pure quality and relaxation.

The Famagusta District region

Famagusta crystal clear golden sandy beaches gently embrace the costal line of the island. The popular resort of Protaras is a paradise haven for those who love the sea, sun and water sports or simply relaxing on the beach. Also to be seen are the windmills and small churches of the surrounding villages including the beautiful church of Profitis Elias at the top of a hill with outstanding views of Protaras town.

Not to be missed is the picturesque cape Greko national park which is an area of outstanding beauty and is well worth a visit for cycling, hiking and cliff diving. The town of Paralimni is a short drive and offers a varied combination of local tavernas, traditional and modern shopping facilities, and a wide variety of cafe-bars.

The town square in Paralimni has two beautiful churches which attract visitors from all over the world. Protaras is a major tourist resort and together with its beautiful beaches, luxury hotels, restaurants and sophisticated night life, has become one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Med.

The contrast is dramatic, from the ever changing rugged coastline of Cape Greko, to some of the best water skiing waters in the Med, some days like a mirror. The beaches are what Protaras is most famous for and they stretch for over 10 miles. Fig Tree Bay is one of the finest and well known beaches in the world and well worth a visit. Being on the East coast is also the best part of the island to watch the spectacular Cyprus sunrise (approx 06:00 am)
Protaras is known as the land of windmills, going back to the days when this was a farming area. Now it has become an amazing resort with over 300 established restaurants, Bar Cafe and Tavernas.
