Home description

This is one of the oldest and loveliest properties in Port Soller. It has been fully renovated and retains many original features. It is located right in the heart of the old fishermen's quarter of the town which itself is superbly located on Mallorca’s unspoilt West coast, only 30 minutes from Palma and the airport. Each of the 2 apartments consist of 2 bedrooms with open plan Lounge/dining room and sleep up to 5 people. Ca'n Barbara has stunning views of harbour, mountains and valleys. Las Mimosas has restricted views but does have the benefit of an outside eating area shaded by Mimosa trees. The properties are just minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars.

The Port of Sóller is a great place for walking, exploring or just relaxing on one of the beaches around the bay. There is easy access to Sóller and the local villages and well as direct buses to Palma.

Port Soller area

The house is just 2 minutes walk to the seafront where the following amenities are available: beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, boat trips/hire, cash point, chemist, tram stop to Sóller (and onward train to Palma), taxi rank, bus stop for Palma, Sóller, Deia, Fornalutx, Valldamossa, etc.

Further details indoors: Each apartment is spread over two floors and has 2 bedrooms and an open plan Lounge, dining and kitchen area. There is a cloakroom on each floor with wc and wash basin. There is also a shower on the bedroom floor of each apartment. Fans are provided for the summer and gas and oil filled heaters for the winter. There is an open plan spiral staircase connecting the 2 floors of each property.
Further details outdoors: Each apartment has French doors leading to a Balcony. Ca'n Barbara has stunning views over the bay and the Tramuntana mountains. Las Mimosas does has a limited view of the sea and also benefits from an outside sitting/eating area for up to 6 people. This area is shaded by the Mimosa trees from which the apartment takes its name.
