Home description

This is one of the oldest and loveliest properties in Port Soller. It has been fully renovated and retains many original features. It is located right in the heart of the old fishermen's quarter of the town which itself is superbly located on Mallorca’s unspoilt West coast, only 30 minutes from Palma and the airport. Each of the 2 apartments consist of 2 bedrooms with open plan Lounge/dining room and sleep up to 5 people. Ca'n Barbara has stunning views of harbour, mountains and valleys. The property is just minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars.

The Mallorca / Majorca region

The Port of Sóller is a great place for walking, cycling, exploring or just relaxing on one of the beaches around the bay. There is easy access to Sóller and the local villages and well as direct buses to Palma, Sóller, Deia, Fornalutx, Valldamossa, etc..

Port Soller area

The house is just 2 minutes walk from the seafront where the following amenities are available: beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, boat trips/hire, cash point, chemist, tram stop to Sóller (and onward train to Palma), taxi rank, bus stop, etc.

There is also a shower on the bedroom floor. Fans are provided for the summer and gas and oil filled heaters for the winter. There is an open plan spiral staircase connecting the 2 floors of the property.
Further details outdoors: The apartment has French doors leading to a Balcony. Ca'n Barbara has stunning views over the bay and the Tramuntana mountains.
