Situated in a quiet hamlet, 2 minutes drive from Pleudihen-sur-Rance, 20 drive minutes from Saint Malo, Dinard and Dinan. This property is very spacious and airy has been restored to a very high standard.

Situated on the edge of the river in a quiet hamlet, just 2 minutes drive from the local village Pludihen-sur-Rance. The house is 20 minutes drive from the Saint Malo which is a beautiful walled city on the coast, (Where Brittany ferries come's into). There are many exclusive shops and restaurants which are worth a visit. Dinan is south of Pleudihen and boasts many beautiful Medieval Streets set also on the Rance river.
The area has numerous golf courses, beaches, village markets, sailing schools etc. An ideal holiday location for families to relax, make use of the mountain bikes or kayak supplied free of charge, take long walk’s or and enjoy the slow pace of a French lifestyle.

This holiday home is first line to The Rance estuary and boasts magnificent/panoramic views of the river and countryside. It has been designed to comfortable sleep up to 14 guests in it 's 6 spacious bedrooms. The house has original features such as it s large stone set fireplace, wood floors and solid granite stone walls. The house has been fully restored to a high standard and designed for all your holiday needs.From the terrace you enter the large stone floored kitchen/dining room, the kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, dish washer etc.. You also have the laundry room with washer and tumble dryer. The living room has wood floor, leather sofas and large fireplace, ideal for cooking on. The games room has a ping pong table, bikes and a selection of board games. The shower room is also on the floor this boasts a modern stone walk in shower.
The Master suite is situated above the kitchen and has the same elevated river views. The suite is 50 meters in size with original wood flooring and consists of large 160 double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with roll top bath. This room has original visible high roof beams and velux window. The second bedroom has 4 poster pine double bed and views of the quaint street behind. The 3rd spacious Bedroom on this floor has 2 sets of bunk beds and a further single bed.
The top floor of the property has two mezzanine suits with double mattress and lounge/dressing areas. These have views to the river from their velux windows. The 6th bedroom has a single bed and sink. There is a further shower room on the is floor with modern shower unit..
As this is a family holiday home there is a selection of board games, Table Tennis Table, a two man Kayak, 4 bikes etc these are all there for you to use.
