Home description

Studio apartment sleeps 2 adults and 2 children in a Spanish pueblo-style complex with tropical gardens and communal pools. Our studio is next to the main pool on the ground floor. South-facing patio which is sunny all day. This is an ideal position to keep an eye on the children.

The Tenerife region

Playa de las Americas is a 5 minute taxi ride with its lively nightlife. Santa Cruz, (the capital) Puerto del a Cruz and the Orotava valley, in the north of the island are easily accessible by local bus. You can take a coach ride to see the majestic Mount Teide or the beautiful Orotava Valley.

The Fanabe and La pinta beaches are a 5 minute walk away.SIAM AQUA PARK. Look for the free buses to Siam aqua park Tenerifes newest water theme park with the worlds most exciting rides.

Ours is a comfortable,safe and great-value studio for couples and families. New slow-cooker recently added for long-stay breaks.
Further details outdoors: Private patio overlooks the pool area and offers a sunny aspect all day. The ground floor position makes the studio ideal for Seniors, children and wheelchair users. Pool-side bar has live sports and internet access and good-value snacks. 4/5 pools (1 heated) including separate childrens pool.

£50 deposit per week and £40 deposit for the keys. We are flexible about arrival times.
Please ask about airport transfers.
Christmas and New year will be included in the long-stay price (£150 per week) but must be for at least 12 weeks duration.
