Home description

The apartment is on the quiet side of the complex. A well maintained resort with 24 hr Reception, money changing facilities, on site supermarket, internet access, laundrette, the swimming pool has a shallow area for children with no access to deep end. Sports bar with pool tables. Childrens new play area with swings, chutes. Directly outside the complex are supermarkets, restaurants and bars. A few minutes walk will take you to the San Eugenio centre where you will find various restaurants and all kinds of entertainment.

The Tenerife region

As the climate in the south of Tenerife is warm all year from 20 dec C in winter months to 30 dec C in summer months, it is ideal for any type of holiday you require. It caters for golfers(there are excellent courses nearby), walkers, all water sports and sun worshippers. Las Americas has numerous beaches and you can walk for hours along the seafront. You can walk to Los Cristianos where there is a Sunday market, or go in the other direcion to the harbour at Puerto Colon and onto Del Duque, or further if you enjoy walking.

Playa De Las Americas San Eugenio area

At Puerto Colon you can arrange fishing, wind surfing, water skiing, paragliding, trips to see the dolphins and lots more. Excursions can be booked for Mount Teide, Loro Park and the Animal Park.

Further details indoors: Towels and lined provided. Fresh towels and linen supplied weekly. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FOR THE POOL AND BEACH. The lounge has a sofa bed with a further pull out bed. There is also a ceiling fan. TV has some satellite stations, DVD, CD and radio provided Bedroom window, front door and terrace door all have security grilles The bathroom has just been refurbished,is modern black/white and has a large walk in shower with tempered glass. A safe is provided along with hairdryer and lots of hangers.
Further details outdoors: The 18ft x 11ft fully tiled terrace is on the quiet side of the complex with a large oval table and umbrella, 4 chairs, barbeque, clothes dryer with pegs, 2 reclining sun loungers with mats, and for your comfort the mats can be taken to the pool. There are fantastic mountain views and in the distance you can see Mount Teide. Small sea view. Lovely to sit with a glass of wine and just relax.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks holiday, it was excellent, just like home from home as everything was provided.

Rented other properties but yours was definitely the best, loved the views.
