The villa is furnished to a high standard. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is en-suite with a double bed, the doors leading to the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds, and both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. A comfortable double sofa bed is located in the living room for additional sleeping capacity should it be required.

The family bathroom is with shower, toilet and basin set in a marble top. The ensuite bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and double basins set in marble top.

The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences. Leading out of the kitchen is a utility area where the washing machine is located.

The living/dining area is light and spacious. The furnishings consist of two sofas (one being a sofa bed), coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player, with a selection of DVD’s and a radio with audio cassette, CD and MP3 player. The dining area has a table and four chairs.

Patio doors from the living area lead out onto the pool area and there is also a roof terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains. Patio furniture is provided for that all essential BBQ! Together with adjustable sun beds with cushions and an attractive electrically heated pool with steps for easy access.

The large garden is landscaped and contains tropical plants. There is off road parking.

There are a host of things to do in Playa Blanca as well as the obvious attractions of the beaches.

The promenade is well worth taking as it links both sides of the resort. It allows you to take in most of the (sea-front) sites of Playa Blanca as well as spectacular Ocean views across the Bocaina Straits to Fuerteventura.

Beaches in Playa Blanca
The coastline around Playa Blanca is essentially one large 9 kilometre wide bay which is then broken up into three smaller, but still large, bays. This basic geography means that the beaches in and around Playa Blanca are sheltered and ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

Thursday to Thursday during Summer season and school holidays, other days will be considered out of season
