Home description

Our Villa is situated within walking distance of the Water Park in Protaras, 0.5km from Pernera Bay where you have a variety of water sports including, jet ski, ride on banana, pedolo hire, parasailing. You can try your hand at crazy golf on the main Protaras road or for those with young children the mini fun parks which has various rides and games. In Ayia Napa there is a huge Amusements/Fairground Park which is suitable for all ages.
You can travel by car to the Famagusta View Point and view the "Ghost Town" this can also be done on a boat trip.

The area of Pernera is a beautiful part of Protaras, with possibly the best sandy beaches in the Southern Cyprus. Fig Tree bay is a 5 min drive away, by foot along the coastal patth 15 minutes or you can take the local bus.
Paralimni Town is a 5 - 10 minutes drive inland which is home to various shops, supermarkets and a Marks and Spencer!
You are also 15mins away by car from Ayia Napa.

The Famagusta District region

With a very good climate, the Famagusta District can boast 340 days of sunshine all year. The Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay (which also has a beautiful beach) is absolutely first class for water sports.

Why not make the most of that car hire and take a drive up the Troodos mountains? Discover the largest mountain in Cyprus, the impressive Mount Olympus- which is often snowcapped between January and March.

Ayia Napa is worth a visit for its old harbour area, fabulous waterpark, golden beaches, shops and nightlife. The area of Cape Greco on the coastal road is also a great find because it is an area of outstanding beauty with its national park and bays.


Pernera area

Pernera stands just outside the centre of Protaras you will find a great community of shops, pubs and restaurants, a family water park, 3 beautiful sandy bays all with a wide choice of water sports and a harbour near the Golden Coast Hotel, where you can take a leisurely boat trip to see the nearby Ghost Town of Famagusta and Cape Grecko.

Our villa is located within walking distance to numerous bar and restaurants in the resort of Pernera, if you are looking for the perfect location then this is for you.

The lounge and dining area overlook the pool area. We are not overlooked from the back of the villa and fencing either side of the garden gives you complete privacy. There will be 6 sun loungers, garden table and chair seating for 6 with parasol.

Refundable breakages deposit of £200 and Air Conditioning Deposit of £50 required in cheque form dated the first day of your holiday when sending the deposit, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection and safe return of keys).
Total balance due 6 weeks before your first booked day.

Conditions

This is strictly a non smoking villa, this also applies to the balcony\'s.
We know from renting ourselves that accidents do happen, in the event of a minor breakage (crockery, etc) please can you let us know so that the item can be replaced for the next occupant. This of course will not affect your deposit.

PLEASE NOTE INTERIOR PHOTOS WILL BE UPDATED AT THE BEGINNING OF NEXT YEAR AS VILLA IS IN THE FINAL STAGES OF COMPLETION.
