The stylish apartment will impress you for its elegance & refinement (fully furnished in simplicity, pictures, old wooden floor, original wood windows,...). Everything in this space is top-end. It offers optimum design and pure-style comfort.

I have a double sofa where you can sit back and read or watch a bit of cable Television. A high speed WIFI internet connection has been provided free of charge, so that you can always remain connected or just to look up tourist information.

Off the living room is a kitchen outfitted to good standards with white furniture and wooden surface. Whether you share our passion for cooking or you just want to reheat some of the delectable delights you have picked up from the numerous food shops or at our local street market, you will find all that you need. Kitchen is brand new, nice retro design, wooden surface and white furtniture and very clean, fully equipped with mini oven/grill, w/m, fridge and plenty of kitchen utensils and lots of storage.

The newly renovated bathroom contains a shower, toilet and basin with a warn radiator to heat your towel. The bedroom contains one double bed . You will find plently of space to unpack your bags and put your things away in the walk-in hanging closet.

This flat is located in the traditionally French area of the 14th arrondissement of Paris. We can walk to Montparnasse in 10 mins and to Luxembourg Gardens in 20 mins. In the local area there are plenty of things to do and interesting places: rue Daguerre, the fish and fruit market pedestrian street, Alesia is only 5 mins from the apartment where you can find shops, cinemas, and many restaurants.

There are plenty of local restaurants and food chain supermarkets as well as local street markets and grocery stores in the immediate vicinity.

Arrival time is at 16.00 onwards. There might be times when you will be able to come in earlier and drop your luggage but that is not guaranteed. Please feel free to ask.

If I cannot be present at check-in and check-out myself, I will arrange for someone to meet you, hand you the keys, explain you how things work and answer any questions you may have. However, there will be times when I will have to send you the keys on the post if I am away or you arrive late in the evening.

Departure is at 10.00 at the latest. This is to allow time for the cleaning person to go in and leave the apartment ready for the next guest. Again, there are times when you will be able to stay in until later, please check this with me when you arrive.

The apartment accommodation in Paris met our needs adequately. It was clean and safe; it allowed us to cook some meals & was close to a great patisserie. We had easy access to the Metro which allowed us to go anywhere. We had a fantastic time in Paris. Thanks

The apartment was brilliant! Perfect location and a charming building. David was very helpful and we were provided with everything we needed (even a new coffee maker at our request!) All the major sites of Paris are within short metro rides. We will stay here again. In fact, we like to think of it as "our Paris apartment".
