The villa is built in a small quiet close in a residential area in the village of Emba. The local supermarket stocks a full range of products, from local produce to Heinz Beans! There are several food outlets selling traditional Cypriot food, fresh fish, bakery and traditional Tavernas within a few minutes walk.
The surrounding villages of Lempa, Chlorakas and Kisonerga all have local restaurants.
Coral Bay is a few minutes drive away. Its high street is full of bars and restaurants. It has a character of its own and is full of life. A few minutes drive further on leads you to the sandy beach and water sports.
Paphos main town and harbour are in the opposite direction, where facilities are abundant. There are two contrasting areas, The Harbour - with its many restaurants or Bar Street - for club land and bars.

Our friendly English management team provide a weekly linen change and twice weekly garden and pool maintenance - they are always on hand to assist you.

Clean bright and airy. Facilities excellent. Whilst in a quiet area, necessitating a car, it suited us down to the ground. We will recommend the Villa Kalandia to our friends, and we hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

We had the best holiday ever. The villa and pool were fully equipt and exactly as described. We were very well looked after by Dave and Eddie (thankyou). Our two teenage daughters had a great time and did not want to leave. A car is a must have. We will definately book again.

The Villa is extremely well furnished and has just about everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable (even hairdryers in each bedroom - great for the teenagers). The air conditioning in every room was a real bonus in very high temperatures, as was the excellent private pool (well looked after by Eddie and his team). In a fairly quiet location but with easy access to Paphos bars, restaurants, harbour, shopping, night life and beaches, but you MUST have a car. There is some building of new properties fairly close to the villa, but the impact is very minimal (some lorries use the same access road but NOT the road where the villa is located). Our party of five certainly had a very relaxing holiday here and would recommend this villa.

Excellent 5* villa which provided a wonderful experience of Cyprus. The villa was exceptionally equiped, very comfortable and spacious. It was spotlessly clean with good quality linen and towels provided. The pool area was also well equiped with comportabe sunbeds and shades.
Exceptionall good value for money. I would strongly recommed this villa to anyone.

We stayed at this villa from 15th july to july 29th, our party was 2 adult and 3 children. the villa was fantastic and had everything you might need a truly home from home. the pool was a lovely bonus and the gardens were well looked after and made all the neighbouring gardens look bad. you really need a car but because you are a way away from things the peace is fantastic, all we could hear was the splashing of the pool, our kids were in there in the morning and untill late at night too. John and Jayne was so helpful from the time we contacted them it was like we had known them for years. This villa is lovely and well worth a two week stay

Good house, in good condition. Backwater location means car is essential, but handy for Coral Bay and the main road between Coral Bay and Paphos. Fully equipped with aircon throughout, so comfortable despite the hot summer there. Broadband was a boon for the kids, and the helpful management team ensured that any issues were resolved quickly. Definitely recommended.
