The city of Rethymnos is located 12 km away. Rethymnos, with its small streets and the old harbour with its Venetian fort are certainly worth a visit.
300 metres from the residence you will find the picturesque village of Pigi, where you can do daily shops in the small mini mart, bakery and butcher. There are also a few charming restaurants where the Greeks themselves come to eat. So a guarantee of quality.
There is much to see in the surrounding area, such as the monastery of Arkadi, but there is also plenty of activity and charm. From this location you can take many lovely day trips.
