Praia D'El Rey Beach and Golf Resort is a 50 minute drive from Lisbon airport. Golfers will not be disappointed with the course and it´s quality, beach lovers will be amazed at the stunning beaches and families will be more than happy with the swimming pools, kids clubs and range of activities in the resort. Praia D'El Rey is an 18 Hole Championship Links course. It was voted Golf Resort of the Year 2007 (International Association of Golf Tour Operators Golf World), ranked 80th in the Top 100 courses in the World (Golf World) and ranked 13th in Continental Europe(Golf World). The views as you walk around the course resort are simply stunning and constantly changing from cliff top ocean views to local countryside and pine forest views, all bordering the lush fairways.

Tee times can be booked in advance prior to your holiday or in most cases at shorter notice of a few days. The resident PGA professionals are always ready to give lessons. Hired clubs are also available.

The clubhouse has a well equipped shop, a bar and restaurant for light snacks or full meals with a choice of local or international cuisine.

The Resort boasts the stunning 5 star Marriott Hotel and Spa, a couple of minutes drive from the property. It has restaurants, bars and additional activities including health club with gym and spa, kids club, indoor and outdoor pools and a business centre. The hotel also has a cash machine and internet facilities.

There is a small supermarket near the main entrance to the resort with local shops and restaurants nearby.
