Home description

Situated in a peaceful and pretty urbanisation, the apartment has its own entrance along a quiet passageway (pedestrians only), from a delightful, furnished terrace area. The car park is at the end of the passageway and the beach a 5 minutes walk away. The 2 communal pools are 2 mins walk from the apartment and have a lifeguard, poolside bars/restaurants and both a large and seperate children's pool. Loungers are available to hire.
The large open living space comprises a fully equipped and modern kitchen, TV and sofas, coffee table, dining table, storage room and ceiling fan. There are 2 steps up to a mezzanine area which can be curtained off. There you have a double bed, ensuite full bathroom with bath/shower, washing machine, extractor and walk-in wardrobe.
You are within easy reach of the town (2km) with all its nightlife and amenities.

The Costa Del Sol/malaga region

Small, relaxed urbanization next to the coast, set into the nearby mountainside. The mountains provide a backdrop and the sea, the view. Nerja is a charming coastal town. Many quaint, Andalusian villages to visit such as Frigiliana, Ronda, Maro, Alpujarras, etc... Malaga is only 45 mins drive and historical city of Granada 1h drive. Good climate all year round, skiing, golf, walking, cycling, horseriding and many more activities all available nearby. Excellent for all groups; families, couples, elderly and youngsters. In winter the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada has superb snow and is open December to March. It takes 1hr 15 mins to reach and is a great day out.


Nerja Verano Azul Urbanisation, town area

Nerja Cultural Centre shows films in English & Spanish. There are plenty of bars, with & without entertainment, restaurants, watersports, and outdoor activities, including a running track and other sports facilities available through the Town Hall. The Tourist Information Office at the Town Hall has all information. There is also walking, horseriding, skiing, golfing or simply relaxing. There is a donkey sanctuary and plenty of children's play areas in Nerja and on the larger beaches.
Within the grounds of the Complex there is a communal swimming pool and a communal roof terrace all year round, from which you can view the mountains and sea.
During the months of December to March, the skiing in the nearby Sierra Nevada ski resort is superb.

Fly to Malaga then 45 mins easy drive along the A7/E15 motorway to Nerja, exit 292. We provide you with directions for self-drive. A car is not essential as there is a good bus and taxi service to the town centre as well as good walkways, but for visiting the area it is recommended.

Many airlines fly here, the best are Monarch, EasyJet and Ryanair, Aerlingus.
You can also fly to Granada airport at 1h 15mins drive to Nerja. You can rent your own car or use our minibus service which is cheaper than catching a taxi. Again, we provide directions and are available to call if have any problems.

From Malaga, you also have bus service from city entre and shuttle from airport to city centre.
We recommend car hire company Zenith from Malaga airport, www.zenithsl.com and we can arrange this for you if necessary.

If you do not wish to hire a car from Malaga, we recommend our minibus service to get to and from the airport, details on information sent after enquiry.

This lovely apartment is ideal for couples and anyone traveling alone. It is safe, secure, quiet, close and with easy access to the town of Nerja and all the local areas to visit and also perfect for a budget holiday.
It is approx. 50m2 and has sufficient heating for winter and fans for summer.
The TV is English satellite freeview and local Spanish channels. Radio and CD player available, books and magazines and a general info booklet.
Further details outdoors:
Table and chairs provided for outside and terrace is protected by large overhang which also protects washing line area. Several steps up to entrance from carpark, so not suitable for those with severe walking difficulties.
There is the main entrance door, sperate grill and large window in apartment.

Conditions

For reservation 25% payment required and balance one month prior to arrival.
Refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival in cash, euros only. For serious damage of your making not normal wear and tear or electrodomestic breakdowns. See Terms and Conditions document we send you upon enquiry.
We accept bank transfers and Paypal payments, all extra charges to the holidaymaker.

Discounts for repeat clients, late bookings, low/mid season. All prices include gas, electricity and water costs. Laundry is included and there is a change for 12 nights or more halfway through stay. For month stays, laundry change not included in cost, but do have 2 changes to rotate oneself.
