| Home description |
Centrally located in Nerja, 5 mins walk from 2 of the many beaches on offer in this coastal town and 10 mins walk from the Balcón de Europa, the old centre of town. Not noisy, but light and comfortable with delightful surroundings. Car not necessary, although Nerja can be hilly in parts. Ideal for a couple with or without 1 child, or 2 friends on holiday together. Extremely safe for people visiting on their own also.
The apartment is very modern, having been recently refurbished, and yet retains its Andalusian style, in keeping with the complex. The kitchen is fully fitted and does not lack anything, likewise, the bathroom is fully equipped and the so is the seperate bedroom, with 2 single beds and a pull-out bed only sitable for a child. All the apartment is electric, no gas, including water heater. The living area has a dining table, sofa and entertainement along with books, magazines and games. The TV is cabled English Freeview at the moment, with several mixed foreign channels. The balcony has a table, chairs, and clothes maiden and is unobstructed and south-facing.

|
Close to green, beautiful mountains and next to the sea on the Costa del Sol. Only 1h from the historic city of Granada and 1h 15 mins from the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada. 45 mins from Malaga City Centre. Plenty of delightful Andalusian villages to visit, Ronda, Alpujarras, Frigiliana etc... Ideal for walking and other outdoor holidays. Also ideal for a couple or friends requiring a relaxing beach holiday.

Nerja Cultural Centre shows films in English & Spanish. There are plenty of bars, with & without entertainment, restaurants, watersports, and outdoor activities, including a running track and other sports facilities available through the Town Hall. The Tourist Information Office at the Town Hall has all information. There is also walking, horseriding, skiing, golfing or simply relaxing. There is a donkey sanctuary and plenty of children's play areas in Nerja and on the larger beaches.
On the complex itself there are 2 unheated swimming pools. Both have grass surrounds and security.
During the months of December to March, the skiing in the nearby Sierra Nevada ski resort is superb.

Fly to Malaga then 45 mins easy drive along the A7/E15 motorway to Nerja. We provide you with directions if self-drive. A car is not essential but recommended if you wish to visit the region.
Many airlines fly here, the best are Monarch, EasyJet and Ryanair, Aerlingus.
You can also fly to Granada airport at 1h drive to Nerja. You can rent your own car or use our minibus service which is cheaper than catching a taxi. Again, we provide directions and are available to call if have any problems.
From Malaga, you also have bus service from city entre and shuttle from airport to city centre.
We recommend car hire company Zenith from Malaga airport, www.zenithsl.com and we can arrange this for you if necessary.
If you do not wish to hire a car from Malaga, we recommend our minibus service, details on information sent out upon enquiry.

We offer reductions for 2 week stays in low/mid season, for longer lets in low/mid seasons, and on late bookings, all subject to availability. Minimum rate is 240 euros in low season or more (pro-rata) any other time for 4 nights or more. Payment in euros through PayPal or bank transfer for easy payment. Booking terms are 25% rental deposit upon reservation and balance 4 weeks before arrival date. We do provide other services and a booking form which is sent out in answer to initial enquiry.
Many repeat clients receive discounts (with the exception of high season) for advance bookings.

Quiet and relaxing and close to the centre of Nerja. We enjoyed staying here and will come back again.
