This amazing three storey villa set in private grounds is just five minutes from the stunning Nai Harn beach in the south of Phuket. With great local amenities and restaurants the villa is only 15 minutes from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon beach with Patong an easy 25 minutes away. There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity.
Take breakfast on the large balconies, enjoy evening meals on the roof terrace taking in the breathtaking 360 degree sunset, sea and mountain views or dine in the outdoor Balinese sala in the garden or the rooftop sala. Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in complete privacy.
The open plan living/dining area has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is luxuriously furnished throughout. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, two ensuite, the master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other two bedrooms share. The forth bedroom is a poolside studio.
The villa has undergone a full refurbishment program in January 2010, both the exterior and the interior.

|
Phuket island is undoubtedly one of the most attractive and exciting areas of Thailand. The local people are predominantly Buddhist and give everyone an exceptionally warm welcome. There are an enormous range of activities all at very low prices and geared to all different tastes and age ranges.
Phuket's rainy season runs from May until October, September being the wettest month. Even in the rainy season it is sunny for good periods of each day and the temperature is hot with daily averages still in the high 20's.

Nai Harn, Ya Nui, Laem Ka, Rawai and Freedom beach are all within 5 - 10 minutes and are extremely beautiful and undeveloped, ideal for romantic walks, family picnics or just relaxing in peace after a heavy night!
They are a lot quieter than the package tour destinations of Kata, Karon and Patong though this is where one must go for jet ski's, parascending and water skiing. Nai Harn provides the ideal base to dip in and out of these areas and also explore the whole of Phuket.
Thai massages are offered on Nai Harn beach, the ideal spot to relax in.
People flock from all over Phuket to watch the sunset and enjoy a drink on Promthep cape, just next to Nai Harn beach.
There is a large Muay Thai camp 5 minutes from the villa which attracts many foreigners wanting to come and train with local boxers. 1 Day training sessions are offered.
There are a range of excellent local restaurants catering for every taste; for very good Thai cuisine we recommend Ruean Thai. Mimmi's and Chao Khun offer excellent Thai and Western food. These are just a few of many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Snorkelling and diving trips go from Rawai beach, 10 minutes from the villa. One can also hire a speedboat and go around the many uninhabited islands just off the coast.
There is horse riding 10 minutes from the villa.
One can hire sea kayaks or boats on Nai Harn beach, sailing lessons are also available.
There are several local spa's and health and beauty centres.
There are ATV tours, elephant safari's and a snake show 10 minutes from the villa.
On Nai Harn beach there is a monastery and about 20 minutes away is Wat Chalong Buddhist Temple.
Excellent night life is not far with Kata, Karon and Patong 15 - 30 minutes away. There are also numerous small bars in the immediate area and two night clubs open 'til 6 am, these are liveliest in the high and mid seasons.
Phuket has a number of high standard golf courses; the closest one to the villa is Phuket Country Club golf course which is 20 minutes away.
Fishing expeditions run from Rawai beach.
Phuket zoo is about 15 minutes away and there is also great shopping 20 minutes away in Central, or for local markets Karon and Kata have a good range of stalls selling everything from fake clothes to watches, cd's, dvd's and tourist souvenirs.
There is great surfing to be had on Nai Harn beach at the end of the dry season and in the rainy season.

Large numbers of major airlines fly to Phuket via Bangkok from Heathrow and Gatwick, there are often good deals to be found depending on the time of year. There are flights to Phuket and Bangkok from most European countries. Thai airways and Qatar provide a good service. There are also a large number of flights available from across the UK and charter carriers such as Thompson also fly to Phuket.
If you are flying to Bangkok then transferring there are many flights each day. Taking approx 50 minutes Air Asia is the cheapest if booked online in advance. Thai, Nok Air and Dragon Air also fly Bangkok - Phuket...
Airport transfers to and from the villa are included in the price.
Transfer time is approximately 40 minutes.

The villa is provided with 2 mobile phones using local pay as you go networks. This allows for easy and extremely cheap communication between your group. Calls cost less than 1p per minute and international calls are about 5p per minute...

We had a wonderful time in your very comfortable house and thanks for sorting out the sound system, which worked like a charm. All arrangements worked perfectly and Richard was super helpful every time we called! The new facelift to the villa definitely gives it a fresh modern feel.
We are so glad we stayed where we did and not around the more - unbearable, even though interesting to see - touristy part of the island. We are already thinking of going back next year!?!?!
