There is an 8m x 4m pool with garden and patio area 25m from the house.
The property has its own private garden area and there is a large secluded roof patio from which there are beautiful panoramic views.

It is situated in a quiet area of Mojacar Playa 600m from the beach.
The old and picturesque Mojacar village is 1.5 km away and the main area of shops bars and restaurants are 1 km along the beach road.Local shops and resturants are a 10 min walk away.

The property is fully equipped and furnished and is suitable for both couples and families.

The house would also be suitable for couples wishing to spend the Winter in a balmy climate (this area has one of the best ‘sunshine records’ in Southern Spain)
The property has a home from home feel and we try to supply you with all those little things which you need in the garden, kitchen, or house not normally availible with the usual commercial lettings.
The property is all on one level inside with direct access from the street so would be suitable for people who might have mobility problems.

Andalusia: To fully appreciate the beauty and charm of this area of Andalusia you do need a car. For little more than the cost of airport transfers, you will be able to explore the breathtaking Parque Natural Cabo de Gata and the 17km stretch of coastline to the south. A little further to the west is the ancient city of Granada with its magnificent Cathedral and the breathtaking Alhambra Palace. Or for the children, there is the superb Aqua Park at Vera Playa and Mini Hollywood in the desert of Tabernas, where many of the spaghetti westerns were filmed. Change overs are normal Saturdays but can be other days according to availablity. The property will be availible from 16.00 on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure
