The list of places to visit on the Costa del Sol are endless. The towns are in the following order: Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmaderna, Fuengirola and Marbella. You also have Gibraltar within a 2h drive.

The whole villa and its facilities is on private property and nothing is shared.

Prices are for the property for 2012/2013 per week in Euros. Minimum stay Christmas, Easter and Summer is 7 nights and 3 nights otherwise.

We will also consider any long terms lets (over 1M) and corporate bookings.

The changeover days are flexible

A deposit of 30% must be paid in order for the villa to be booked and will be returned within 14 days of departure providing there has been no damage caused to the villa/contents. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your holiday for any reason.

The rent must be paid in full, 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is done via wire transfer to a bank account.

The rental agreement will be emailed to you and must be read, signed and returned (by fax, mail or email) before we can confirm your booking. We will also need copy of your passport in order for the keys to be released.

Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out is available at an additional cost if the villa is not booked.
