Home description

Our apartment is a little bit of luxury at an affordable price and well located for families and groups alike. It is clean and spacious whilst also being child friendly. It really is a home away from home with a large supermarket and a variety of restaurants only three minutes by foot.

The 5* Guadalmina Golf and Spa Hotel fronts onto our local beach - a ten minute walk away, which gives it an air of exclusivity!

The Costa Del Sol/malaga region

The Costa del Sol, known throughout the world for its sun, beaches and golf courses. With over 300 days of sunshine it is an ideal destination for travelers of all ages and preferences.


Marbella Guadalmina area

Our apartment is perfectly situated in Guadalmina, Marbella. The fabulous Puerto Banus is less than 5 minutes away. This is a great place to be pampered whilst ogling the celebrities on their luxury yachts as you sip a drink at one of the open air restaurants or bars. It is also famous for its exclusive shopping with several of the world’s renowned fashions houses; as well as small, interesting shops and boutiques fronting on to the Mediterranean. The beautiful city of Rhonda makes a great day out as does the Rock of Gibraltar.

Drive inland up to the Sierra Nevada and you could be skiing within two hours. Ski in the morning, sunbathe in the evening. Our apartment is baja (beachside) rather than alta (mountainside) - which means you don’t need to cross the main road to get to the beach!

Inside our apartment, you will find the master bedroom which has a double bed and en-suite. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a large family bathroom. There are two further 'pull-out single beds' ideal for children (less so for grown-ups), which can be provided on request. The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and includes an oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and a dishwasher (so there is no need to take your marigolds!).

The spacious living room with generous dining area opens onto the sun terrace. The sun terrace is perfect for warm croissants in the morning and relaxing with a long cool drink in the evening. Simply feel the stress slip away!

Our place in the sun has marble flooring with hot and cold air conditioning throughout. Terrestrial and satellite television can be found in the master bedroom and living room. For the security conscious, we also have an alarm system with video entry. The local shopping centre will cater for all your essentials.

Guadalmina is established and has a quiet feel. Mature Cypress trees and grand villas, mostly owed by wealthy Spaniards, surround the complex. Within the complex you will find well maintained landscaped gardens, swimming pool with separate baby pool and a small children's area which will keep the 'little ones' occupied while you soak up some sun and unwind.

This has proved to be a popular apartment with families who enjoy a bit of luxury without breaking the bank!


Shopping for the essentials is easy as the local shopping center is nearby. San Pedro, a 20 minute stroll away, is where you can find dozens of local restaurants, cafes and bars.

Guadalmina is perfectly placed to explore the 'Golden Mile' coast. Choose between the fashionable flamboyance of Marbella and the glitz of Puerto Banús, a great place to be pampered whilst ogling the celebrities, both less than a 5 minute drive away. Or perhaps Sotogrande, an oasis of tranquility near one of the area's superb golf courses. Journeys inland will take you to unspoilt mountainous beauty of Ronda.

There is a super water park and a Safari nearby where you can book a camel ride for 6 euros!!! Both make fabulous days out and will provide great memories for families with children as well as those young at heart.

"Anybody who rents a car will be in the centre of San Pedro in 2mins, and Puerto Banus in less than 5. The owners were fantastic, confirming bookings by phone and email, the attention to detail was superb-even down to a bottle of wine waiting for us! The apartment has everything you could possibly need to ensure a hassle-free holiday, the decor is modern and the apartment is spotless. Recommended!!"

"The first holiday ever where we had no thoughts of home and were sad to come home. The apartment is wonderful and has everything you could want. The pool area was perfect for the whole family. The area the apartment is in is good in that within walking distance are shops that provide all your groceries including a bakery with great fresh bread and a beach if you rather that than the pool. For us is was in just the right location to visit all the tourist places along the coast with out having to be in them 24hrs a day. Visits to Gibraltar and Selwo Safari Park were both great days out. A car would be recommended unless you just want to do beach and pool although the bus stop is right outside the apartment if you have the confidence to travel that way. All in excellent."

"I took a short break in Albert and Ayeshas apartment with my sister, daughter and grandaughter while the men were off doing "man stuff" involving motorbikes and beer. We took my 3 month old grandaughter abroad for the first time and found the apartment to be perfect for our needs as it was very spacious and well equipped and was a real home from home. The pool area was a little oasis as there was only us there for most of the time. We had a relaxing time with lots of lovely meals out.
