The Country House Acquaviva is a three floor countryside house, recently restored, it has three entrances easily accessible from the main path and from the secondary ones.
On the central floor there are the two Apartments Appennino and Sibilla ( 100 sqm and 44 sqm) with autonomous entrances, accessible without the use of stairs from the main path. It accommodates from 6 to nine people plus children beds.
The Appennino apartment has two double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a further double one; the two apartments can be used as a single unit in the case of groups and families made up of friends. The apartment Appennino has a large sitting room-kitchen with an adequate space to contain a number of people more than double compared withn the number of available beds.
The third apartment, La Priora, is situated on the Swimming floor below. You can reach it with or without stairs, it has a double bedroom with two more beds.
The kitchens of the three apartments have gas cookers, and they are fully equipped. The bedrooms have air conditioning and heating, which you can regulate autonomously; each bedroom is provided with radio and LCD TV Sat, ADSL connection for your computer.
All guests can use: the multipurpose hall (130 sqm), and, on the swimming floor, the fitness area ((tapis r., cyclette, step). You can visit the cellar and taste the wines produced by the countryhouse. Outside the swimming pool, terraces, and outside spaces ( except the ones belonging to each apartment). It is perfect for a group of friends who like sharing cooking together, or couples with children who want their own privacy in the single apartments.Barbecue and a wooden burning oven otside the aprtments will give you the pleasure to preppare grillades , pizza etc.

Loro Piceno is a little centre of the inland of Le Marche , in the south of the province of Macerata, seat of an old University, between the bordering towns of Ancona and Fermo. The town has held for more than 40 years of the "Sagra del vino cotto" a festival celebrating the delicious local wine called "vino cotto" one of the most characteristic festivals tied to the typical gourmet products of the territory of the Marche region.

The 14th century castle of the Brunforte Earls, which is still home for enclosed nuns, dominates with its annexed Civic Tower an outstanding view extending from the Adriatic sea to the Appennini range. At the foot of the castle in a room in front of the small but historic "wood-burning oven" of the unforgotten lady called Argia, you can find the recent museum of the two World Wars, which contains war relics donated by a private citizen to the Town hall.

In another area of the town, under the Franciscan Cloister recently restored, a small museum hall, next to the XIVth Town Hall theatre, contains old cellar tools, a copper cauldron, oak barrels, from which our old farmers dripped the famous "Vin Cotto" of Loro Piceno, a delicious sweet wine which has, by now, made the town famous all over the region.

The countryhouse Acquaviva is situated among the green hills of Le Marche , it has three apartments, Appennino, Sibilla and La Priora with two patios and terraces in front of an outstanding view of the Laga Mountains and the Sibillini range.

The swimming pool is open from May to September.
On the same floor of the swimmimg pool there is a fitness room.(tapis roulant, step, 2 cyclette).
The countryhouse offers also a multipurpose hall (m 25 x 6.5, circa 130 sqm ) with tennis table, soccer table with air conditioning, chess, record player and Alison one speakers, stereo equipment with amplifier, vinyl classical and pop music records, computer with ADSL connection , tables, mini bar, reading corner. The free use of the hall is available for all guests.
Everybody can use all the field (13000 sqm.), with the vegetable garden and its season products, with paths, terraces and benches scattered under the olive trees, the cypresses and the fruit trees. Reserved parking area.

The Country House Acquaviva offers its guests the following reductions which can be applied to the above rates:

For stays of 4/ 5 days: reduction of 6% to be applied to the weekly rate
Stays for more than one week: in the low season discount of 80 % for each week or a part of it after the first one; in the middle season discount of 50% for each week or a part of it after the first one; in the high season discount of 20% for each week or a part of it
Discount of 100% for children till the age of 3 (two beds foe babies are available)
Discount of 50% for children under the age of 10.
Reduction of the fee commission for the payment of the deposit through the bank transfer, it will be refunded on the arrival, but not more than 20 euros.
A deposit of 30% is required .
IF you cancel 45 days before the beginning of your holiday 50% of your deposit will be refunded., if you cancel within 30 days the beginning of your holiday the whole deposit will be kept.
