The beautiful and luxurious 'Quinta da Lua' is located in a tranquil area, approximately 5 kilometres from Loule Town Centre. Offering guests the
benefits of both seclusion and privacy and the convenience of being within easy reach of the beautiful beaches and golf courses
at Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura (20 minutes' drive).
The property is ideally suited for outdoor dining and entertaining. A large bar area having beer fridge, ice machine, wine cooler and large barbeque,
which is adjacent to the family size pool and jacuzzi, provides our guests with exceptional facilities for outdoor entertainment.
The nightclub opens (via two sets of double doors) onto the terrace for dining and dancing, by day or night !
There are external Bose speakers linked from the nightclub, which can be directed into courtyard and terrace.
There is also a floodlit tennis court within the grounds for the sole use of guests.

Further details outdoors: The coast and beaches are easily accessible from the property, however we do advise that a car is necessary for use during your stay.
The coast and beaches are located approximately 14 kilometres from the property.
Access to a fax machine is available via the concierge and the the villa has wireless broadband internet access.
We are also pleased to offer an airport collection service between the property and Faro International Airport, for both your arrival and departure when we will greet you at the airport and ensure your transport requirements have been met, then escort you to the villa (Transport not provided).
The Concierge would be pleased to arrange car hire, airport transfers and taxis for your use during your stay. |

1. These booking conditions apply even if for some reason the booking form has not been completed (eg a late booking by telephone).
2. Balance payment. The balance of payment will be due 4 weeks before the holiday commences. We reserve the right to cancel a booking where full payment has not been received by this time.
3. This booking is for accommodation only and is strictly limited to the persons listed on the booking form. Admission will be refused or terminated if this condition is not met. Pets are not allowed.
4. Flights. Flights are the responsibility of the travellers.
5. Insurance. Travel insurance is compulsory under EC law. All occupants are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance and a 24 hour emergency telephone number.
The use of the accommodation and amenities are offered on the condition that they are used entirely at the occupant’s own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, illness,
death or loss or damage to users or visitors’ property or belongings, including motor vehicles, however caused.
6. Cancellation. Cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday will incur loss of deposit only. Between 12 weeks and 8 weeks prior, 50% of the full payment is due,
and less than 8 weeks prior 100% of the full payment is due.
7. Force majeure. In the unlikely event that the accommodation is rendered uninhabitable due to fire, earthquake or other means beyond our control, liability will be limited to a refund of monies paid for the accommodation only.
8. Liability. We cannot accept liability for errors or omissions of parties over which we have no control (eg car hire companies). All information concerning the accuracy of descriptions is believed correct at the time of going to press, but it is possible that there are changes without notice. The booking for accommodation is independent of and bears no liability to any other product or services that you have purchased.
9. Breakages/damages. All breakages and damages are the legal responsibility of the hirer who is responsible for the property and expected to take reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils etc must be left clean and the property must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period. A surcharge will be deducted from your security deposit should we feel that the property has been left in an untidy or dirty condition.Please ensure that any damage is reported to the representative as soon as it occurs so that it can be rectified for the next occupants.
10. Gas and electric. Standard levels of gas and electric are included within the accommodation price. Gas and electricity are metered and, where appropriate (ie where in excess of the standard level),
will be charged at cost and deducted from the security deposit.
11. The accommodation is booked on a self-catering basis. All bed linen and towels (including beach towels) will be provided.
12. On arrival, the occupants agree not to arrive before 1400hrs, and on departure agree to leave before 1000hrs, unless agreed in advance
13. Complaints. We fully expect you to be very happy with the accommodation and amenities provided. However, if you feel you have reason to complain, you must immediately contact the in-house concierge, so that the problem can be resolved. We are not responsible for any matter, which you did not bring to our attention during your holiday.
If the problem is not resolved locally to your satisfaction, then you must put your complaint in writing within 7 days of your departure date, to the address shown below.
