Casa Monte Santa Luzia is a superb well equipped child friendly villa suitable for parties up to 10/12 people. Baby equipment is available including 2 cots, high chairs, bath, changing mats etc etc. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus a large games room with it`s own satelite tv and playstation to keep you entertained. There is a spacious lounge/diner with air conditioning, satellite and 42" plasma TV and free wireless Internet access throughout the Villa. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace and is totally secluded with superb views. There is ample pool terrace furniture and a barbeque with table and seating for people on the kitchen terrace. The lounge and bedroom terraces overlook the extensive landscaped gardens and pool. The villa is situated in an excellent location with numerous golf courses and beaches within easy driving distance. Casa Monte Santa Luzia offers the perfect base for families of all ages to explore the Algarve, enjoy the local beaches or just relax around the pool. Casa Monte Santa Luzia is situated on the road between Loule (5 minutes by car) and Querenca (10 minutes by car). Loule is a bustling market town steeped in history and providing excellent shopping facilities and restaurants. The Villa is well situated for access to all the main roads including the motorway, therefore providing opportunities to explore further afield.

Booking requires a £250 deposit payable at time of booking. The rental balance and £500 returnable damages deposit is due no later than six weeks prior to arrival. A copy of our full Booking Conditions is available.
Unfortunately due to bad experiences in the past, we no longer offer the villa to parties under the age of 25.

Casa Monte is suitable for wheelchairs users, but not on all floors. The Games Room is accesible from outside ( from inside you have to use the steps to take you down there). The first floor which is where the front door is totally accesible. There is access to the twin bedroom, king bedroom, bathroom, shower room, kitchen, lounge/diner and access onto the terraces via one very small step down.

June 09-Ryan Family: A superb holiday. The villa is fantastic. Fully equiped with everything you could want and more. The Pool & Games Room are brilliant, We are 3 generations aged 1 1/2 to 69 & would definately come back. Ray & Fiona are brilliant. Hope to come back again sometime.

August 09-Day Family: Brilliant Villa, perfect for entertaining, brothers family who were also in Loule. Fiona & Ray very helpful. Loved the jacuzzi bath. Great facilities, we've had a great week.
