A £150/ week refundable bond is required this will be returned after the apartment has been checked by the management.

A £150/week non-refundable security deposit is required - with the full balance due 6 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellation Refunds:
Up to 8 Weeks deposit.
4 to 8 Weeks - 50% of rate refunded.
2 to 4 Weeks - 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks - No Refund

All linen/bedding is supplied-Towels are supplied with the exception of beach towels.

A named responsible adult over the age of 21 is required.

Check in is no earlier than 2pm and check out no later than 10am, this is for cleaning purposes again some flexibility may be possible.

No bookings will be taken from single sex 18-30 groups.

Smoking will only be permitted on the terrace.

Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance.
