Outdoor shared swimming pool with sunbeds and shade umbrellas. Located within 20 minutes of Lisbon city centre and Sintra, 30 minutes of Cascais, Estoril, Belem, and the regions excellent beaches.

The Costa De Lisboa / Lisbon region

Cascais beach, shopping complex and marina are all worth a day out. For the evening get a cab to Estoril casino and enjoy a flutter, a meal and the free live entertainment. Sintra is the capital or the region and like Obidos is a town not to miss, 20 mins by car.
If you fancy a day or evening in Lisbon drive (or take the complex bus) to Snr Roubado Metro station (5km), it's a direct line into the city centre. There's also a bus service direct to the Metro from the complex several times each day.
For a top quality inexpensive meal visit any of the many restaurants in Belas or Dolce Vita shopping complex or alternativily stroll down to the clubhouse restaurant and sample their excellent filets and wines.

Lisbon area

There are too many interesting places to list but Sintra and Obidos are must visit locations as of course Lisbon city.
Cascais, Estoril, Belem ( where the famous cream custard tarts originate), the Oceanariumat Expo is a must if you have children.

Regular daily bus service operated by the complex to & from the Metro (direct into Lisbon) and a large local shopping centre.

Prices are in UK Pounds. A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking, final balance required 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £100 (150 Euro) to cover loss and damage will be added to the final amount and returned within 2 weeks of departure.

Conditions

Rental prices are in UK Pounds per week. Preferred payment is in Euros paid directly into a Portuguese bank account, however payment is acceptable by cheque drawn on a UK bank, PayPal (3.5% surcharge), Minimum rental charge is one week. Arrival days are flexible.
Rental periods longer than 1 week are charged per day pro rata.
Rental periods longer than 3 weeks receive a 20% discount. Longer stays by negotiation.
Advance bookings of 9 months or greater and last minute bookings, discount by negotiation.
The keyholder is resident local to the property and speaks fluent English and Portuguese and is willing to assist with advice etc.
