Inside Your Luxury Villa:

The Villas offer a casual yet sophisticated interior design that blends classic
traditional Mediterranean style with innovative elements that are fresh
and inviting. Each appointment was carefully selected to create a
wonderfully timeless mix of antiques, vintage, heirloom and new
furniture from around the world.

The color pallet of the villas reflects the true colors of Greece–blue, white, sand and
creamy yellows–nicely complementing the collection of artwork. The
finest quality materials have been used, including granite counters and floors, and Italian tile throughout. Top of the line Boch
appliances fill every corner of the full size kitchens. Luxury imported
linens dress the extremely comfortable beds featuring Sealy
Posturepedic mattresses.

Inviting full size tubs in each bathroom are ready to accommodate you with a long, leisurely soak at the end of each fun filled day.
The interior space is wonderfully happy, with scenic views from every window, and comfortable sofas with pillows and books to read. A full range of
modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer, heater/air
conditioning as well as the TV, DVD, CD player and stereo are all
designed to ensure the comfort and ease of your stay. In the game room
you will not only find a place for board games and cards but also a
Football table for hours of fun. Both Villas have large game rooms on the
lower floor which can also double as extra guest rooms.
The Perfect Size to Meet Your Needs:

Each Villa is the perfect size for 4 to 8 guests, with 2 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Villa del Sol has an
additional bathroom located on the lower level. The split “tri-level”
floor plan of each Villa guarantees privacy. The 3rd lower level is
where the game room/guest room is located. A full size sleeper sofa
and all other needed amenities have been supplied for your guest’s
comfort. A second sleeper sofa can be found in the main living room of
each Villa, offering even more versatility. All rooms are tastefully
decorated by a professional Interior designer.

Lefkas / Perigiali area

There is so much to do on Lefkada and especially so around the Nidri area. There is the town of Nidri is very close by with lots of shops, tavernas and restaurants. Many large day trip boats/ships leave here for trips around the Island and to nearby Cephalonia daily.

The area is great for all types of water sports sailing, speedboats, kayaks and windsurfing. Lefkas is world famous for Kite surfing and wind surfing. This area has also been listed by National Geographic Traveler as one of the top 20 kayaking destinations in the world. If you are feeling more sedate there are many very scenic and historic sites that are only a short drive away.

Small boats can also be hired locally to allow you discover the numerous small Islands, coves and beaches around the area. You can still find a sandy beach and have it all to yourself even in July and August.

Booking: There is a 20% deposit payable on booking.
The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
If a booking is made 6 weeks or less before arrival, full payment is required on booking.
