Home description

The apartment is newly built within the Marina Park complex, with two bedrooms, a large living area and a kitchen. It's a corner apartment so it has multiple views which can be appreciated from the large balcony which is shaded by roller blinds. The decor is simple, clean and the living space is relaxed and comfortable. There is underground private parking in a locked garage and also a lock up for you to keep all your beach gear safe. The lift goes from the car park to right outside your door.

Within walking distance is the award winning marina, the heart of the town with shops, bars, and restaurants. Meia Praia beach stretches for five kilometers and is only a two minute drive away. It’s a perfect place for golfers with Palmares a 5 minute walk and Boa Vista and Penina golf clubs a fifteen minute drive away.

The apartment complex has a myriad of facilities for your holiday, with a pool, a bar that serves snacks, tennis courts, a childrens play area and 90 hectares of beautifully maintained gardens.

The Algarve region

Lagos is situated in the unspoiled Western Algarve 76 km. from Faro Airport, journey time approximately 50 minutes by car. Lagos is a typical Portugese fishing town with well developed amenities and a new award winning Marina. The town has an excellent range and variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Lagos railway station is situated beside the Marina within walking distance of Marina Park.

The town is surrounded by beaches including the famous Meia-Praia beach which stretches for almost 5 km., and golf courses such as Boa Vista and Penina are no more than a fifteen minute drive away. The beautiful Palmares golf course is within a five minute walk.

Forty five minutes drive away are Vilamoura, Val do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and San Lorenco golf courses. A short drive to the west lies Portugal's West Coast National Park with Cape St. Vincent and the Port of Sagre from which Portugese sailors set out for the new world.

The many beautiful golden sandy beaches allow for an endless supply of things to do.

Spend an afternoon relaxing in the beach bar on Maia Praia beach, or go snorkelling and diving in one of the main coves and underground caves. Aside from surfing there are many beaches that don’t get waves but are perfect for chilling out on

There are also 4 terrific golf courses within 18kms of Lagos. Other sports such as kite-surfing, quad biking, skydiving, wakeboarding, rock climbing, off road driving and mountain biking are all catered for.

Surrounding Area:

Lagos is a great base to explore the surrounding area – Sagres, a small surf town, is 25 minutes drive west and has many beaches worth discovering.
The coastal area stretching 80 kms north from Sagres is protected parklands and so no high rise development will take place along this coast of the Algarve – its beauty will always remain intact and its beaches and surrounding incredible places to explore.

Other close towns include Vila do Bispo, Carrapateira, Arrifana, Portimao and for those who want to do some shopping Albufeira is only 40 minutes away.
